The new era has raised new requirements for talent training,the core of which is to focus on developing students’ core literacy and improving students’ ability to solve problems in complex situations,and the college entrance examination history open test questions help to test students’ literacy or problem-solving ability when facing more complex situations.In June 2019,the General Office of the State Council issued the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Reform of Ordinary High School Education Methods in the New Era,which proposed to innovate the form of test questions and increase the comprehensiveness,openness,application,and inquiry of test questions,which shows the development prospects of the open test question system.The historical open-ended questions of the college entrance examination refer to a completely open-ended form of high school examination questions with novel question situations,open requirements and broad answering direction,which aims to test students’ subject literacy and comprehensive ability to solve problems,and has the basic characteristics of novel material selection,flexible question setting,broad answering thinking and hierarchical evaluation standards.The historical open-ended questions of the college entrance examination were first set in 1999,and have changed many times since then,and are basically stable in 2011.Sorting out its change process,it can be roughly divided into five stages: 1999-2001 to show traces,2002-2009 briefly disappeared,2010 initial formation,2011-2013 formal establishment,and 2014 to the present innovation and development.A closer look at the examination content of the national history open test questions of the college entrance examination since 2017 shows that its propositions are based on a wide range of disciplines,diverse material forms and close to reality in terms of situation creation.Attach importance to the analysis of “thesis” from the perspective of questioning;In the examination,we attach importance to thinking ability and reflect the literacy of disciplines.It shows that the intention is more and more reflecting the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and cultivating people,the creation of more and more situations,the questions more and more openly,and the development and change trend of increasing weight in high examination questions.According to the content characteristics and development trend of the national history open test questions of the college entrance examination,in order to better meet the teaching challenges brought by the history open test questions,we should pay attention to the joint efforts of teachers and students,not only to improve the teaching ability of teachers,but also to improve students’ historical learning ability.On the one hand,teachers should change their teaching concepts,attach importance to the research of test questions and teaching materials,and appropriately introduce the results of historical research into teaching,so as to improve teaching ability from the perspective of teaching content and methods.On the other hand,students should take the initiative to learn basic knowledge,continuously improve their ability to explore problems,and improve their comprehensive thinking quality and subject literacy in all aspects.
