In 2014,The State Council proposed to strengthen the top-level design of college entrance examination reform,emphasizing the ability of students to think independently and analyze and solve problems with the knowledge they have learned.In 2017,this ability was defined as a "key ability",which supports the lifelong development of students and the ability to adapt to the requirements of The Times.In 2019,"key ability" was officially included in the examination objectives of college entrance examination.The College Entrance Examination Evaluation System developed by the National Examination Center of the Ministry of Education clearly points out that key abilities should be determined based on discipline literacy,including three ability groups:knowledge acquisition ability group,practical operation ability group and thinking cognition ability group.As the specific assessment target of college entrance examination,key abilities are the refinement and concrete embodiment of core qualities.At present,there is no unified authoritative conclusion on the key competence of history.In the college entrance examination,the application level of students’ key abilities also reflects the degree of their core qualities.In teaching,the achievement of the core literacy of history discipline needs to rely on the cultivation of key abilities as the core means and media.Therefore,the cultivation of key abilities,the achievement of core qualities,and the fundamental task of education to cultivate morality and cultivate people are interlinked and complementary.Therefore,it is an important part to clarify the specific composition of key competence in history and find out the teaching strategy of "key competence".This paper starts with the interpretation of "key abilities",extracts and summarizes the key abilities of the historical college entrance examination,analyzes and interprets them,and on this basis analyzes the connection points between the key abilities and the core qualities.Secondly,it chooses the test questions of the college entrance examination as the samples for in-depth analysis to clarify the examination situation and specific presentation of the historical key abilities in the college entrance examination.It also analyzes the specific problems existing in the application of students’ key abilities,and finally combines the theoretical exploration with the specific problems existing in students to put forward targeted and operational teaching strategies pointing to the "key abilities" of the college entrance examination.This paper is divided into five parts to discuss this problem.In the introduction,the author starts with the background of the topic and explains the significance of the topic mainly from two aspects: teaching and evaluation.The current research status of history subject ability to key ability from the 1980 s to the present is sorted out in a chronological order,from which it is found that there is insufficient systematic in-depth and targeted research on the key ability of history college entrance examination--students’ existing problems--teaching strategies under the "literacy concept",thus providing ideas and entry points for this study.The first chapter,through studying various documents at all levels,classifies and interprets the core literacy of the history discipline and the key abilities of the history college entrance examination,and clarifies the relationship between the two from the perspective of the college entrance examination,aiming to clarify the examination requirements of the key abilities in the college entrance examination.The second chapter,centered on the historical questions of the college entrance examination about "industrial Revolution" in the past decade,sorted out the examination of key abilities and core qualities,analyzed and summarized the characteristics,distribution,specific examination requirements and presentation forms of the examination of key abilities in the national and main local papers combined with typical examples.The third chapter,the use of questionnaires and test cases,in the second chapter clear the key ability in the examination of the specific requirements in the paper based on the detailed analysis of the candidates in all aspects of the key ability of the specific problems.The fourth chapter,aiming at the existing problems of students and according to the daily basic teaching links,puts forward the strategy of cultivating the historical key ability of college entrance examination under the teaching background of "quality determination".The last part is the conclusion,this chapter reviews the overall examination requirements of the historical key ability of college entrance examination,and its examination requirements in specific historical issues are refined,and summarizes the cultivation strategy of the key ability of college entrance examination.
