In the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is proposed that to promote cultural self-confidence and self-strengthening,and to create new glory of socialist culture,we must raise the spiritual pedigres of Chinese Communists with the great spirit of founding the Party as the source,make good use of red resources,carry out in-depth publicity and education of socialist core values,deepen patriotism,collectivism and socialist education,and focus on cultivating new people of The Times who assume the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.It can be seen that the promotion of cultural self-confidence can not be generalized.We should make full use of red resources to enhance cultural identity and enhance cultural confidence in the process of feeling the cultural charm.High school ideological and political class as the main front of training new people in the era of national rejuvenation,can not teach theory theory,should actively use excellent resources to carry out ideological and political education,improve the effectiveness of education.In the Outline of Curriculum Reform of Basic Education,it is clearly proposed that teachers should actively develop and rationally utilize various curriculum resources inside and outside the school,and schools should give full play to the role of various teaching facilities and practice bases.The Standard of Ideological and Political Curriculum for Ordinary High School(Experiment)once again emphasizes the dominant position of teachers in the process of utilizing curriculum resources,which requires three aspects: independent development,characteristic development and joint development,and highlights the utilization of local characteristic cultural resources.The Ideological and political Curriculum Standards for senior high schools(Experiment),issued in 2017,also requires students to step out of the classroom and into the classroom of social practice activities.This makes it clear that teachers play a major role in the utilization of resources in high school political teaching.Through the utilization of local cultural practice resources,the ways of high school political teaching are enriched and the charm of high school political teaching is enhanced.In addition,schools and society should also actively play the educational role of practice bases and jointly help teachers make good use of local cultural resources.Local cultural resources of Chongqing refer to the cultural resources with strong local characteristics accumulated in Chongqing for a long time and can be applied to high school political teaching,including Three Gorges culture,Ba culture,immigration culture,Hongyan culture,multi-ethnic culture and other five kinds of local cultural resources with Chongqing regional characteristics.These rich and colorful cultures show distinct characteristics in the continuous integration,showing the spiritual connotation of Chongqing’s local cultural resources such as perseverance,integrity,unity and cooperation,openness and innovation.Theoretically,the active use of these local cultural resources in high school political teaching is not only to respect the needs of all-round development of human beings,but also to practice the relevant guidance of the carrier theory of ideological and political education.From a practical point of view,the active use of Chongqing’s local cultural resources in high school political teaching is first to respond to the needs of the new curriculum reform,and secondly to respect the cultural differences between different places.In recent years,the new construction direction of ideological and political courses has been put forward,that is,to promote the construction of "big ideological and political courses".On the basis of closely adhering to the construction direction,it can also improve the pertinence and enhance the effectiveness of political teaching in actual high school.From the perspective of their role,active use of these local cultural resources in high school political teaching can not only supplement the existing unified textbooks,but also enhance students’ sense of identity to local culture in the learning process.In terms of improving the effect of political teaching in high school,it can not only enhance the interest of class and students’ learning interest,but also enhance the practicality of class and improve students’ development ability.The use of Chongqing’s local cultural resources in high school political teaching can also build school-based textbooks and form school characteristic culture when the exploration mechanism is mature.The exploration of using Chongqing’s local cultural resources is itself an innovation of the inheritance and development mode of Chongqing’s local culture.This paper studies the use of Chongqing’s local cultural resources in high school political teaching,mainly from the following five aspects:The first part is introduction.The main reasons for the topic selection of this paper,different aspects of the research overview,research ideas,research methods and the research difficulties,innovation points to elaborate.The second part is the discussion of Chongqing’s native cultural resources.This paper mainly expounds the concept of cultural resources,local cultural resources,and the concept,main composition and spiritual connotation of Chongqing local cultural resources,which defines a clear research scope for the research of this paper.The third part expounds the basis and significance of using Chongqing’s local cultural resources in high school political teaching,mainly from Marx’s theory of human development,the carrier theory of ideological and political pedagogy,Chinese traditional educational thought,Western educational theory and other aspects of theoretical basis.We will give practical responses from promoting the reform of the new curriculum,respecting the cultural differences in different parts of China,promoting the construction of "major ideological and political courses",and enhancing the pertinence of political teaching.From enriching teaching content,enhancing cultural identity,improving teaching effect,enhancing students’ interest in learning,improving students’ development ability,forming school characteristic culture,innovating Chongqing local culture inheritance and development mode and so on,we explore its positive role.The fourth part expounds the current situation and reasons of using Chongqing’s local cultural resources in high school political teaching,among which the main achievements are the continuous improvement of teachers’ awareness of using Chongqing’s local cultural resources and the continuous diversity of ways.However,there are also problems such as low frequency of use,weak pertinence of use and insufficient utilization degree.On the basis of summarizing the problems,this paper explores the reasons behind the problems,including teachers’ lack of in-depth understanding of Chongqing’s local cultural resources,weak awareness of utilization and insufficient utilization ability,and other main reasons,such as students’ low awareness of participation,differences in students’ cognitive level,little utilization space provided by the school and weak social support.The fifth part,as the center and focus of this research,explores the utilization strategies of Chongqing’s local cultural resources in high school political teaching.Facing the complex and diverse local cultural resources in Chongqing,we must follow the four important principles of selecting excellent cultural resources,conforming to the course teaching objectives,paying attention to the integration of cultural resources and expanding cultural practice activities.After selecting Chongqing’s local cultural resources in accordance with the principles,the author puts forward the corresponding measures to integrate the materials of Chongqing’s local cultural resources in senior high school political teaching,such as the establishment of teaching resource database and communication platform of Chongqing’s local cultural resources to adapt to the changes of teaching methods of The Times.In terms of the change of the concept of using local cultural resources,it is proposed to use the teaching materials creatively,restore the teaching artistry by using Chongqing’s local cultural resources,and improve the content of the teaching materials by making use of Chongqing’s local cultural resources.From the specific implementation methods,the author puts forward some measures,such as connecting curriculum standards and teaching materials,selecting models and methods,using multimedia technology,combining school and learning conditions,etc.to realize the close combination of Chongqing’s local cultural resources and ideological and political courses in classroom teaching.It also puts forward some measures to guide students to visit on the spot,encourage students to carry out social practice,and guide students to conduct research and investigation to promote the close combination of Chongqing’s local cultural resources and ideological and political courses in practical teaching.In addition,for the utilization of resources,attention should be paid to the appropriateness of pre-class reflection on resources,the way of reflecting on resources in class,and the practical significance of reflecting on resources after class.Finally,from the three subjects of school,family and society to provide support and cooperation to emphasize the use of Chongqing’s local cultural resources in high school political teaching construction.This paper believes that by studying the use of Chongqing’s local cultural resources in high school political teaching and tapping its rich value to help the classroom and practice,it can not only improve the effectiveness of high school political teaching and enhance the charm of ideological and political education,but also inherit and develop Chongqing’s local cultural resources,enhance cultural identity,enhance cultural self-confidence and self-improvement,and realize the fundamental goal of cultivating virtues and cultivating people.In the real scene that students like to see and cultivate themselves to take the great responsibility of national rejuvenation of the new era.
