The Study On Development And Utilization Of The Local Cultural Resources In High School Art Classes

The Art New Curriculum Standard says,"Understanding native culture is the basis for students learning art, understanding art and the starting point of them moving towards the world. It is necessary for teachers to guide students to learn local culture deeply and dig out the beauty of life, the beauty of local culture from their surroundings ".Local cultural resources can make up deficiencies of our national fine arts teaching material and take the advantage of local and school’s resources.Its aim is to satisfy local school students’ needs to study fine arts, help them understand a great diversity of fine arts, thus to better obtain life experience and to establish the national culture identity, the local complex and patriotic feelings.Studying on development and utilization of local culture resources in wulanchabu, the author mainly reference of "Research Guidelines" and "Implementation Scheme" which are researched by the studying team of studying on development and utilization of fine art curriculum and local culture resources in Nantong city. In two years, by consulting Resource of Education of People’s Republic of China, Baidupedia, Wulanchabu Travel and some other network resources, massive places of interest in wulanchabu, tourist sites, folk custom and the other data obtained, the author collect and finishing it and forming the content of local cultural art courses of wulanchabu. This content will be beneficial complement for existing fine arts teaching material. This paper also aims at posing problems in development and utilization of local culture resources of wulanchabu at present, such as singleness of curriculum resources, the implementation space of curriculum resources is very parochialism, the lack of mining the content of curriculum resources. And the paper also gives some solutions, such as go out of the narrow heaven and earth that textbook is the unique curriculum resources, arouse teachers’and students’ enthusiasm adequately, develop and utilize local culture resources outside school better.The author works as a high school art appreciation course teaching till now. We do not only need to develop and use the teaching material resources, but also need to use the local culture features of Wulanchabu to develop the teaching material resources in art classes, so that students are interested in art. And the autonomous learning ability, the aesthetic ability and the independent thinking ability can develop. Furthermore, it can cultivate sound personality and make students have patriotic ideology, love their home and country.
