Kindergarten curriculum is one of the most important,complicated,and difficult problems in preschool education.In the actual educational work,it seems that every teacher is involved in the implementation of the curriculum.Every plan,every lesson plan,every teacher-child interaction in kindergarten,and so on,are part of the curriculum.With the continuous advancement of education curriculum reform,kindergartens are endowed with the right of curriculum development,and more and more kindergartens gradually begin to explore and practice the development of kindergarten-based curriculum.In the construction of kindergarten-based curriculum,curriculum resources are the necessary conditions for curriculum implementation,and their importance is increasingly apparent.Kindergartens gradually realize that the development and utilization of curriculum resources will directly affect the level of kindergarten-based curriculum construction.Kindergarten museum,as a new way to construct kindergarten-based resources,has gradually attracted the attention of preschool education workers,but the research on the curriculum resource-related vision of kindergarten museum is still in the embryonic state.This paper mainly conducts research through the literature method,observation method,and interview method.On the basis of determining the research topic and gaining an in-depth understanding of relevant literature,this paper discusses the process and ways of the establishment of kindergarten miniature museum,understands its development status,finds its problems,clarifies its influencing factors,and provides strategic support for solving the problems of the development and utilization of curriculum resources for the miniature museum.In order to provide some theoretical support and practical reference for the kindergarten museum curriculum-related research.Specific research contents are as follows:1.Theoretically understand the value and connotation of museum education and kindergarten curriculum resources;understand and analyze the main research direction and current situation of existing kindergarten museum curriculum;and lay a theoretical foundation and provide theoretical support for the discussion of the creation process of kindergarten miniature museum and the analysis,development,and utilization of the current situation.2.Go deep into the kindergarten to understand the whole process of A kindergarten,from setting up a research group,determining the theme of the kindergarten miniature museum,collecting collections,creating the museum environment,and finally completing the construction and use of the miniature museum;To understand the learning characteristics of children in miniature museums: active construction of the learning process;the type of learning based on operation learning;cooperative learning style.3.Analyze the current situation and characteristics of the development and utilization of the curriculum resources of the miniature museum in A kindergarten The specific characteristics are as follows:First,the curriculum content is based on traditional culture and attaches importance to cultural experience.The creative content of the museum curriculum is integrated with the regular teaching content of kindergarten.Second,there are more ways and means of resource development and utilization.In terms of activity forms,there are collective teaching activities and regional activities in group form.In terms of activity objects,there are activities carried out by classes as a unit,there are activities in the whole kindergarten,and in terms of activity space,there are activities in the kindergarten and outside the kindergarten.The activities of A kindergarten museum are rich and interrelated,and the utilization forms of museum resources tend to be diversified and integrated.It can be said that the development and utilization of curriculum resources of A Kindergarten Museum has a tendency to expand in depth.4.Discuss the problems existing in the development and utilization of the curriculum resources of the kindergarten miniature museum in A Kindergarten and put forward relevant suggestions for the effective implementation of the development and utilization of the curriculum resources of the kindergarten miniature museum according to the actual situation.A Kindergarten has the following problems in the development and utilization of museum resources:(1)Teachers have an insufficient understanding of museum resources and uneven awareness of and ability to develop curriculum.(2)The selection of some theme collections is unreasonable,which is divorced from children’s lives and loses its educational value.(3)The updating of some collections lags behind and is disconnected from children’s original experience and developmental level.(4)The museum environment of some classes is divorced from the kindergarten-based curriculum system.(5)Children’s learning initiatives are ignored in the development and utilization of curriculum resources.(6)Lack of momentum in the development and utilization of curriculum resources.Through a series of studies and analyses,the researchers put forward the following suggestions from the perspectives of teachers and kindergarten managers:One is from the perspective of teachers:1.Consciously understand the contents of museums,develop an awareness of natural history,and improve personal cultural literacy.Teachers should first develop an awareness of natural history and pay attention to the subtle influence of personal cultural qualities on children,so that the awareness of natural history goes deep into the children’s hearts.2.Enhance the subject’s consciousness of curriculum resource development and take the initiative to improve their own abilities in curriculum resource development and utilization.Actively change their roles from teacher-oriented teachers to researcher-oriented teachers.Actively learn and practice,and make museum resources an organic part of kindergarten-based curriculum resources.3.Establish subject consciousness and give play to children’s subject status at the same time.To have an in-depth understanding of children’s learning characteristics and cognitive ways,to play the role of an interpreter and supporter in the establishment of museums and museum-themed activities,and to create an equal and interactive teacher-student relationship and a relaxed and pleasant activity atmosphere on this basis.The second is from the perspective of kindergarten managers:1.The kindergarten should improve the management system and the construction of teachers,establish an incentive mechanism,and stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers;To create a good working atmosphere and harmonious and democratic kindergarten culture;Adjust the management and training ideas,adopt a diversified allocation of classes,improve the construction of teachers;Set up a performance reward system according to the development and implementation of the museum’s curriculum resources to mobilize teachers’ enthusiasm to participate in the development of curriculum resources.2.Improve kindergarten-based teaching and research,promote the change of teachers’ roles,and help teachers solve the difficulties in resource development;The principal should play the leading role in education and be the leader of teaching and research.By inviting kindergarten curriculum experts to the kindergarten to give lectures on relevant knowledge,regular kindergarten-based teaching research,outdoor learning,and other ways to cultivate teachers’ curriculum development ability.3.Improve the development and utilization mechanisms of museum resources.It is necessary to establish a resource sharing mechanism within the kindergarten,mobilize multiple subjects to participate in the construction of resource sharing mechanism,create a good resource sharing atmosphere,and build a museum resource library with kindergarten-based characteristics.Kindergartens should make full use of the abundant resources outside the kindergarten,give full play to the value of external educational resources such as parents,communities,and nature,and further expand children’s living and learning space,so that children can get rich material support in the process of development.
