The development and utilization of curriculum resources is an important way to enhance the appropriateness of kindergarten curriculum and improve its quality.Regional advancement is an attempt to develop and utilize kindergarten curriculum resources,which is of great significance for improving the quality of regional education.This research adopts the orientation of action research,taking 49 kindergartens in District L of N City as the research objects,and has gone through five procedures including status survey,formulation of action plans,seeking support and cooperation,implementation of action plans,and analysis of research results.Through muti-agent collaboration,the main purpose of this research is to systematically develop and utilize kindergarten curriculum resources,summarize the ways and strategies of curriculum resource utilization,and construct the basic path to promote the development and utilization of kindergarten curriculum resources.The status survey shows that the teacher's awareness of curriculum resources in District L needs to be strengthened,and the ability to develop and utilize curriculum resources needs to be improved;there is a lack of systematic planning for the development and utilization of kindergarten curriculum resources both in kindergartens and at the region.In response to this situation,the researcher made suggestions from three aspects: clarifying the significance and goals of the development and utilization of kindergarten curriculum resources,grasping the basic requirements of the development and utilization of curriculum resources,and doing well in the organization and management of the development and utilization of curriculum resources.Based on the status survey,the researcher and the teaching and research staff of the L district work together to formulate an action plan for the development and utilization of kindergarten curriculum resources.Since then,the development and utilization of kindergarten curriculum resources in the whole district has received support and assistance from many sources: the district education bureau has ensured the smooth development of this work from three aspects: system guarantee,organizational leadership and financial investment;the district teaching and research section and the preschool education management center have adopted topic teaching and research to build a platform for teachers' theoretical study and kindergarten discussions;the Ministry of Education-UNICEF "Rural Preschool Teachers' Curriculum Resource Development and Utilization Ability Improvement" project team provides professional support in the form of online training and on-site guidance.The 49 kindergartens in the L area explored from three aspects: inventory of material resources in the kindergarten,development of curriculum resources outside the kindergarten,and use of curriculum resources to carry out diversified activities.During this period,the researcher participated in a series of topic seminars in the whole district and contributed to their ideas;the researcher also successively went to 20 kindergartens to investigate and research,and deeply participated in the development and utilization of specific curriculum resources in M,P,T and F.What's more,the researcher also discusses the development and utilization of kindergarten curriculum resources with many principals and teachers to help them sort out their thoughts,analyze their problems,find appropriate strategies,and summarize their experience.With the support of many parties,and through teachers' in-depth exploration,the development and utilization of kindergarten curriculum resources in L District has achieved the following results: First,most teachers' awareness of curriculum resources has been enhanced.Teachers' understanding of kindergarten curriculum resources has improved,and their ability to recognize curriculum resources has been improved.The second is that teachers' ability to develop and utilize curriculum resources has also been improved.Teachers systematically develop curriculum resources inside and outside the kindergarten through tabular statistics,field surveys,and drawing maps;they analyze the educational value of curriculum resources by comparing with the "Guide" and conducting collective deliberation;most teachers can use curriculum resources consciously,integrating them into current activities,placing corner materials and generating relating activities are the main ways for teachers to use curriculum resources.Finally,the researcher proposes from the following aspects: improving the effectiveness of the utilization of various curriculum resources,enhancing the pertinence of relating training and guidance,and doing a good job in the overall planning of the development and utilization of kindergarten curriculum resources.
