| The promulgation of the Outline of Building a Powerful Country in Sports marks the rise of a powerful country in sports as a national strategy, requiring the enhancement of competitive sports strength and the ability to win glory for the country."Relying on universities, research institutes and high-tech enterprises,we will focus on improving the level of data management and analysis, information collection and processing, and carry out scientific research in areas such as physical training, functional monitoring and injury prevention and treatment," the document states. In other words,it promotes the transformation and upgrading of traditional competitive training to digital training, and improves the scientific and information level of training process and state monitoring. In 2023,Chinese high level tennis players won the men’s singles championship of the ATP World Tour, creating the history of men’s tennis in Chinese mainland. Moreover, tennis has become one of the official events at the 17 th National Student Games. At present, there is a growing trend of student tennis players participating in the competition, and college tennis players are becoming more and more important in the development of tennis. At the same time,we must clearly see that there is still a big gap between the competitive ability of high-level athletes in Chinese tennis colleges and universities and high-level athletes in foreign universities.Because of the characteristics of long time and high intensity, the tennis match has a high demand on the physical fitness of the participants. However, the neglect of physical training in China is an important factor affecting the training effect and competition results, and also one of the important reasons for the competitive ability gap of high-level tennis players in domestic universities.Physical fitness is the fundamental guarantee of competitive ability. The introduction of digital technology can provide accurate monitoring for the physical training of high-level tennis players. In this paper,Tabata training method is applied to the physical training of high-level tennis players in colleges and universities. The experimental method and the digital device(smart watch)are used to carry out real-time monitoring on the subjects.Through the statistics and analysis of the physical test results of the subjects, conclusions are drawn and suggestions are given, aiming at providing theoretical basis and practical reference for the physical training of tennis players. This study mainly uses the method of literature, expert interview, mathematical statistics and experiment to analyze the experimental results of the high-level athletes who use Tabata training method. The experimental subjects were a total of 20 college tennis team members,14 males and 6 females, randomly divided into average groups. The experimental group used Tabata training method for physical training, while the control group continued to use traditional physical training. After grouping, the experimental group and control group were respectively conducted before the experiment: Half body weight bench press, half body weight bench press, half body weight half squat, closed standing position forehand throwing solid ball, closed standing position backhand throwing solid ball,5m sprint run,10 m sprint run,20 m sprint run, hexagon jump,Illinois agility run and yoyo endurance run 11 physical test indicators. After 8 weeks of intervention,11 indicators were measured again.By comparing the data before and after the experiment,SPSS was used to conduct t test on the experimental results, and the results were analyzed. The results found that:Strength: Before and after the experiment, there were no significant differences in the scores of half body weight and half squat in the experimental group(P > 0.05),and the other four indicators had significant differences(P < 0.05).In terms of speed: there was no significant difference between the results of "5m sprint" and "10m sprint" in the experimental group before and after the experiment(P > 0.05),while the results of 20 m sprint had a significant difference(P < 0.05).Sensitivity: There were significant differences between the two indexes of sensitivity in the experimental group before and after the experiment(P < 0.001).In terms of endurance, there was a significant difference between the experimental group before and after the experiment(P < 0.001).Through the analysis of the experimental results, the conclusion is drawn:1.Through the experimental intervention of 8-week Tabata training, the change rate of various indexes of the experimental group of high-level college tennis players was more obvious than that of the control group. In terms of training time,Tabata training is more efficient and time-saving than traditional training.3.There is no significant difference in the three indexes of "5m sprint","10m sprint" and "half body weight and half squat" in this study.Suggestions:1.In tennis, according to the needs of actual training,in order to ensure the effect of training, coaches can combine traditional training with Tabata training, and make appropriate adjustments to the training plan on the premise of achieving the purpose of training.2.Ordinary physical level people can not blindly use Tabata training method because of its efficiency and time-saving,it is suggested that low and medium intensity HIIT training can be used first, and Tabata training can be carried out after a certain physical quality basis.3.When Tabata training method is used, the experimental period can be extended as appropriate to achieve better training objectives. |
