Exceptional targeted physical fitness is a crucial requirement for top-tier football games,as it is closely linked to the development of technical and strategic abilities.The ability to perform at a high level in football is heavily dependent on robust targeted physical fitness,and ultimately,matches are decided by the clash of physical fitness.Therefore,prioritizing targeted physical fitness training is essential to improve technical and strategic proficiency in football.Research purpose: Through 8 weeks of tabata training for students in football selective classes,this paper compares and analyzes relevant test indicators that reflect the specific physical fitness of students in college football selective classes,thereby exploring the impact of tabata training on the specific physical fitness of students in college football selective classes and the changing trend of different training weeks,providing corresponding reference for future football teaching and training.Research object and method: This study focuses on the influence of Tabata training on the distinct physical abilities of football elective courses.The research employs various methods such as literature analysis,expert consultations,statistical analysis,and experimental techniques to investigate the efficacy of Tabata training on enhancing the particular physical fitness of football elective courses.A group of twenty students was split into two groups: an experimental group(consisting of ten students)and a control group(also consisting of ten students),respectively,to receive 24 times of Tabata training for 8 weeks and traditional repetitive training.A total of seven test indicators were selected,including sitting forward flexion,pull-up,30 meter straight run,standing long jump,Illinois test,Yo-Yo interval run,5 × 25 meter turn back run.SPSS25.0software was used to compare and statistically analyze the data obtained from the experiment at week 0,week 4,and week 8.Research results:(1)After 8 weeks of experiment,there were highly significant differences in sensitivity,aerobic endurance,and anaerobic endurance test indicators between the experimental group and those before the experiment;In the control group,there was a highly significant difference in the lower limb explosive force test indicators compared to before the test.(2)After 8 weeks of experimental intervention,There was no significant difference in the average improvement of sitting forward flexion ability between the experimental and control groups.(3)Following an 8-week experimental intervention,there was a notable disparity in the average anaerobic and aerobic endurance test results between the experimental and control groups.Research conclusions:(1)Traditional repetitive training and tabata training cannot effectively improve the flexibility quality of college football students in selective classes.(2)Both traditional repetitive training and tabata training can improve the upper and lower limb explosive power of students in football selective classes,but the effect of traditional repetitive training on improving the upper and lower limb explosive power of students in college football selective classes is better than that of tabata training.Therefore,traditional repetitive training is more effective in developing the upper and lower limb explosive power specific physical fitness of college football students in selective classes.(3)Tabata training is significantly better than traditional repetitive training in improving the average scores of aerobic and anaerobic endurance of college football elective students.Therefore,tabata training is more effective in developing aerobic and anaerobic endurance specific physical fitness of college football elective students.(4)Compared to traditional repetitive training,Tabata training has the greatest impact on improving the average aerobic endurance score of college football elective students.Therefore,the Yo-Yo interval run best reflects the improvement effect of Tabata training on the specialized physical fitness of college football elective students.
