Purpose: Under the background of 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and winter Paralympic Games,it is both an opportunity and a challenge for the scientific training of winter sports. On the basis of good scientific training and scientific research guarantee, the national disabled snowboarding team won 3 gold medals,3 silver medals and 4 bronze medals in the winter Paralympic Games, creating history. This study takes all male athletes of the national disabled snowboarding team as the research object, and systematically monitors their sports training during land physical training in non-ski season,so as to evaluate the athletes’ functional level, sports training load arrangement, consistency of internal and external load and sports training effect at this stage,so as to provide training guarantee for the team to participate in the 2022 Beijing winter Paralympic Games. Methods: This study takes all male athletes of the national disabled snowboarding team as the research object,a total of 12 athletes. In terms of functional state evaluation,it is mainly evaluated by blood indexes and urine indicators.Key indicators are as follows: creatine kinase(CK),blood urea(BUN),testosterone(T),cortisol(C),ratio of testosterone to cortisol(T: C),14 items of urine, etc. In the evaluation of aerobic and anaerobic capacity, the maximum oxygen uptake test method of laboratory power bicycle and Wingate 30 s test method are selected for testing. In terms of training effect evaluation,it is mainly evaluated by anthropometry and special physical fitness test.Collect and sort out the data through Excel and use SPSS23.0,mainly through paired t-test to analyze the changes of corresponding indexes of athletes in different training stages, and judge whether it is statistically significant with P < 0.05.Plot with Graph Pad Prism 8.Results:(1)In the aspect of training load monitoring, male athletes’ cortisol, creatine kinase, the ratio of testosterone to cortisol showed a consistent trend with the training intensity; The red blood cell count and hemoglobin content showed a consistent trend with the amount of training.(2)In the evaluation of energy supply system, the average maximum oxygen uptake of male athletes increased from 47.82ml/kg/min to 61.37ml/kg/min(P < 0.05),an increase of 28.34%.In the wingate30 s test, the average peak power of men increased from 911.53 w to 1002.84w(P < 0.05),an increase of 10.02%.The average power increased from 573.56 w to 610.83w(P< 0.05).(4)In anthropometric evaluation, the average weight of male athletes increased from 69.90 kg to 71.67kg(P < 0.05),of which the average muscle mass increased from 54.01 kg to 55.93kg(P < 0.05),an increase of 1.92 kg,accounting for 108.59% of the average weight gain. The body fat rate of male athletes did not change significantly before and after training, which was 17.55%.(5)In terms of special physical fitness test, the test scores were significantly improved(P < 0.05);The average score of 60 s box jump, which represents anaerobic ability, increased by 5.73%;The average score of straight leg elevation of the right leg, which represents the flexibility of the lower limb, increased by 17.60%;The average score of the coordinated hexagonal jump was increased by 18.16%;The average performance of 30 s single leg squat, which represents the endurance of lower limb muscles, increased by 40.85%.Conclusion:(1)The average value of key blood indexes of Chinese Paralympic snowboarders during non-ski season physical training is in a relatively normal range compared with the existing sound athlete database.(2)The results of anthropometry, energy supply system and special physical fitness test of Chinese Paralympic men snowboarders have been significantly improved after non-ski season physical fitness training. The sports training effect at this stage is good.(3)Chinese Paralympic male snowboarders have good functional state and sports training effect in the non-ski season physical training stage. It can be considered that the sports training plan is appropriate and the load arrangement is appropriate.
