With the rapid development of social economy and culture,the original college entrance examination system faces new challenges.The increasing popularity of higher education also shows the importance of cultivating personalized talents.In this state,the new college entrance examination came into being.Since the implementation of the first batch of comprehensive college entrance examination reform pilot projects in Shanghai and Zhejiang in 2017 to the end of 2021,21 provinces across the country have implemented the reform of the new college entrance examination.As early as 2016,the executive meeting of the State Council proposed "to implement the school autonomy and encourage conditional ordinary high schools to implement the ’elective system’ and ’shift system’".In recent years,with the implementation of the new college entrance examination,the teaching management of the shift system has been gradually improved in various provinces and cities,and how to better carry out the shift system teaching is also one of the key contents of teaching research in various high schools.Due to the different time and degree of implementation,although the shift system has become a trend in basic physical education,the specific implementation of the shift system of physical education elective courses in different regions and schools is still different.The Guiding Opinions on Course Selection and Class Arrangement in Gansu Province,issued in 2021,pointed out that ordinary high schools should effectively implement the national curriculum,establish a diversified and optional curriculum system,and fully meet the personalized needs of students with different characteristics.On this basis,the author’s investigation,analysis and research on the shift system of physical education teaching are gradually carried out.The most important feature of the class selection system of physical education is the word "walk",that is,in the process of school physical education teaching,students can choose different sports items to study according to their interests and abilities,and divide classes according to the items they choose,while teachers also carry out good teaching courses according to their majors.This kind of physical education class selection system can not only increase students’ love for the sports they are good at,improve their participation and enthusiasm,but also give full play to the professionalism of teachers,teach students according to their aptitude,provide more personalized teaching and training for students,so that they can have better performance in their fields of expertise.Of course,there are also some problems in selecting physical education courses based on the class system,such as uneven teaching quality and resource allocation,increased difficulty in student management,and possible polarization between different classes.These drawbacks require schools and teachers to develop better management systems and teaching programs to meet the sports interests and specialty development of different high school students,and improve the sports skills level of high school students on the basis of improving their physical health,so as to ensure the maximization of teaching effects.Gansu Qingyang No.1 Middle School,based on the teaching concept of meeting the students’ sports interests and specialized development needs,has formed a physical education reform effect of multiple products in one school and a long life.Through integrated and systematic teaching ideas and methods,it has implemented more effective teaching and comprehensively improved teaching quality.At the same time,follow the laws of physical education,combine the differences of external conditions such as different projects,different classes,different venues,equipment,etc.,reasonably grasp the exercise density and exercise intensity,and improve the students’ sports effect.Therefore,this paper takes some class students of Grade 2020 in Qingyang No.1 Middle School in Gansu Province as the research object,through the research methods of data collection,interview and investigation,literature analysis,etc.,to investigate the current situation of the implementation of physical education in Qingyang No.1 Middle School in Gansu Province,find out and elaborate the problems reflected by students,teachers and schools in the process of physical education "shift system" teaching,and analyze the causes of the problems,Based on the actual situation of Qingyang No.1Middle School in Gansu Province and local policies,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions,hoping to gradually improve the "shift system" teaching of sports,maintain and improve students’ interest in sports learning and skill level,enhance the effect of sports teaching,and improve students’ comprehensive quality,so as to promote the development of quality education reform.
