Since September 2014 the State Council issued the State Council on deepening the reform of the examination recruitment system implementation opinion ",since the country has a total of three batches,14 provinces,released the related implementation plan for the college entrance examination enrollment system reform,reform of the third batch of provinces and cities adopts "3 + 1 + 2" mode,the "3" refers to the Chinese,math,foreign language,three subjects,all students must attend."1" means that students need to choose one(the preferred subject)from"history" or "physics" as the grade test subject,and its scoring model is the same as Chinese,mathematics,foreign language,with the original score directly included in the total score of the college entrance examination."2" on behalf of the candidate class from the "chemical","biology","ideological and political" and "geography" four subjects in the freedom to choose two re-election(subject)as a level subjects,its scoring model is to sort by students of the original,according to certain proportion on the hierarchy,then according to the different levels in fu points,with total grade are rated for the college entrance examination.The implementation of the "3+1+2" mode has increased the students' independent choice in the subjects of grade examination,but at the same time,the combination of course selection has increased from two types ofarts and science to 12 types,resulting in the teaching mode of course selection and class selection will become the new normal of the education and teaching organizations of ordinary senior middle schools.This study firstly sorted out and analyzed the relevant literature,and found that the research on shift scheduling mainly focused on...Moreover,there are few researches based on the "3+1+2" model,and the corresponding examples and data are scarce.Taking hunan province as an example,this research through the questionnaire survey and interview with teachers form on a survey of 3 different types(provincial model high school,the common run by the local high school,under the weak middle school)of ordinary senior middle schools in the "3 + 1 + 2" walk under the background of the new college entrance examination system implementation present situation,and to major changes before and after class before and after the factors are analyzed,summarized the new college entrance examination enrollment system reform of biology teaching in the high rate of selection,high interest value,high degree of differentiation,high flexibility in four aspects of the phenomenon,the emergence of the phenomenon and the four aspects the effects on the ordinary high school biology now are analyzed respectively,and has carried on the positive and negative arguments,Under the "3+1+2" new college entrance examination model,the common problems and challenges faced by biology teachers in senior high schools are revealed.Next student questionnaire,teacher interview survey based on the results of a survey and data,various factors from go shift after major changes and effects on the biology teaching,based on the basic theory of pedagogy,through literature,summarizes the first two batch of college entrance examination enrollment system reform pilot areas of experience,from the ordinary high school biology teachers and school administrators two levels of related problems were put forward the coping strategies.
