The aim of the physical education in colleges and universities is to develop someone who are practical and capable of teaching PE as well as managing PE.At present,people evaluate PE teaching by internship,which is a inseparable part for students who are going to be a teacher himself.To check the result of being an intern through evaluation will have influence on students' judgment and feedback about their teaching.With the changes of society and needs of education,the new curriculum reform highlight “develop a system which students can take part in and improve by all means,value the motivation of evaluation.” A Comprehensive scientific and reasonable standard of evaluation is a productive way to measure teaching methods.So it suits the needs of society to develop a comprehensive and reasinable indicator system for education internship.This article analyzed the internship current situation and evaluation system of six colleges and talked about the structure and research of evaluation system of PE sector,adopting Literature method,questionnaire survey method(Delphi method),analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and mathematical statistics.Through reading articles about intern indicator system and making questionnaire according to Delphi method,Carried out two rounds of professional questionnaires and thinking about their suggestions.Then analyzed the result with the analytic hierarchy process and calculating the weighted value.What is more,It took check consistency.Finally carried out this evaluation system for teaching internship.The results are as follows:(1)By analyzing the internship current situation and evaluation system of six colleges,I found that the internship feedback is mostly given by teachers of the internship units.This is simplex and casual.The teaching internship uses the percentage facture,which can evaluates the internship during that time from different aspects but has certain limitation.(2)Through two rounds of investigation questionairs and taking professional people's advice into consideration,and decided to adopt 6 level-1 indicators: Teaching skills,the behavior model,preparation before internship,the practice document,extracurricular PE struction ability and scientific research ability.And there are 25 level-2 indicators.Through analyzing the weight function,and decided the level-1 weight indicator would be: Teaching skills0.34,behavior model 0.25,preparation before internship 0.18,practice document 0.12,extracurricular PE struction ability 0.07 and scientific research ability 0.04.This research findings are as follows:(1)The situation in these six colleges are at a high level.By doing questionnaires,we found that the internship period is short.So we can perfect that by doing something about internship period and evaluation mode in order to improving teaching quality.(2)The evaluation indicators should include six level-1 indicators and 15 level-2 indicators.(3)Figured out the weight of each indicator,and they have both been through a one-time inspection.By doing all of those,figured out a evaluation system for PE teaching major internship.
