| Physics is a natural science based on experiments.High school physics courses include many laboratory courses.Experiments can not only help students understand physical concepts and laws and form physical concepts,but also help students develop scientific thinking,cultivate scientific inquiry ability and improve students’ core literacy.Inquiry experimental teaching has been proposed in China for many years,but there are still many problems in the implementation of front-line physics experimental teaching.This paper improves the teaching process of high school physics inquiry experiment,and points out the principles and strategies of inquiry experiment teaching.Apply the teaching design to the front-line physics experiment teaching.The effect analysis shows that the improved inquiry experiment teaching is better than the traditional one.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:First to understand the current situation of physics inquiry experimental teaching in high school after questionnaires and communication interviews,the following problems existing in the teaching implementation process of the current physics inquiry experiment in high school are found:(1)Many physics teachers believe that the existing high school physics inquiry experimental teaching process is inconvenient to carry out;(2)In terms of experimental scheme design,many teachers only introduce the reference cases in the teaching materials,and rarely guide students to improve and innovate the reference cases of the teaching materials;(3)There is no time for students to explore the experimental scheme improved or innovated in class;(4)It is difficult for teachers to carry out inquiry experimental courses in actual teaching due to students’ lack of inquiry ability.Second in order to solve the problems above,the author analyzes the deficiencies of the existing physics inquiry experimental teaching links in high school and improves them.Compared with the general process,four links are added to the improved teaching process: pre-class preview,preview results sharing,guiding students to improve and innovate experimental plans and extracurricular experimental activities.In order to make the improved teaching process achieve better teaching efficiency,we put forward corresponding teaching strategies for inquiry experiments on the basis of following the teaching principles:(1)Prepare interesting preview questions to improve students’ interest in learning;(2)Guide experimental innovation and cultivate students’ innovative spirit;(3)Strengthen the connection between daily life and extracurricular experimental activities and cultivate students’ sense of social responsibility;(4)Stimulate students’ desire for exploration through timely evaluation.In addition,taking the three experimental teaching cases of "Exploring the Law of Free Fall Motion","Exploring the Relationship between Spring Elastic Force and Shape Variable",and "Exploring the Relationship between Acceleration and Object Force and Object Quality" in the first compulsory volume(2019 edition)of PEP Physics as examples,the specific application of the improved physics inquiry experiment teaching process and strategy in high school is expounded.Last after a semester of teaching practice,the results of physical inquiry experimental test questions,experimental reports and core literacy of the experimental class and the control class were studied and analyzed by means of questionnaires and interviews.The results show that the application of the improved teaching links for experimental teaching can significantly improve students’ physical concept,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry ability,and sense of social responsibility,which provides the reference value for the front-line physics inquiry experimental teaching in high school. |
