Early childhood is an important period for children’s physical development and good habits,and it is also an important stage for forming a healthy body.However,with the improvement of people’s living standards and rich food types,technology food products are also more popular on the market.Fried foods,puffed foods,etc.occupy most of their children’s lives,resulting in children’s preferred snacks.Children’s meals are not delicious.The problem of eating has become a difficult problem in the kindergarten life activities in the kindergarten.Patching,partial eclipse,unwilling to chew and other bad eating habits are affecting the normal healthy life of children.As a result,the research of this action mainly examined the development and implementation of kindergarten food education courses.Educational education refers to the educational concept of food or theme.It not only pays attention to the nutrition and physical health of children’s intake,but also involves cultivating good food habits,understanding natural food science,and experienced Chinese traditional food culture with the help of natural food.Therefore,the development and implementation of the kindergarten food education course focuses on the three dimensions: food and education,dietary behavior,scientific food and eclipse,food and education and food culture.Diet behavior pays attention to preparations before meals,self-care in meals,finishing after meals,and dining on the table etiquette;diet science pays attention to food cognition,food planting,food production;food culture pays attention to traditional festive food culture,local food culture.This study selected the S’s kindergarten where the author is located.S kindergarten is located in Anning District,Lanzhou City,Gansu Province.It is a new urban village kindergarten.Because there is a relatively large and suitable vegetable garden in the garden,the natural food planted in the "one-meter vegetable garden" is the starting point,and the traditional festival has carried out relatively scattered food education activities.Featured Programs.This research takes three rounds of action research as the main line.In the early stage,the literature review method sorted out the research of the previous food and education course and the study of the food education curriculum system.Food and education activities that have been carried out do the status quo analysis.According to the status quo,the three-wheeled action research plan for the construction of this food education course is designed.The activity inspects and reflect on each round of operations.Through three rounds of operations,the food and childbirth courses are initially formed.The goals of the food and education curriculum are carried out from three dimensions of food and education,food and education,and educational and educational culture.The division of the food and education curriculum is structured from food and education,diet and food behavior,scientific and eclipse,food and food,and food and food and food culture.Evaluation is mainly from the development of teachers,that is,the evaluation of the ability of theme activity,curriculum design and implementation capabilities;from the evaluation of the course implementation,that is,the content of the course implementation evaluation and the method of evaluation of the curriculum;Evaluation of the goal of food education and the evaluation of the performance of children’s food education courses.The food education course plan is carried out in specific practice in S kindergarten.The food education course is included in the special course of the garden,and the course is basically established.Finally,according to this survey,I put forward corresponding education suggestions for kindergarten teachers,kindergarten managers,and parents of early childhood.Specific suggestions for the level of kindergarten teachers: establish educational concepts of food education curriculum,strengthen the target consciousness of food education curriculum,the source of attention to the theme of food education curriculum,improve the design ability of food education curriculum,and promote the effectiveness of homeland and food education.Communicate;at the level of kindergarten managers: timely establish this course that summarizes and organize food education parks,establish a comprehensive and effective food education course evaluation system,clear the purpose and significance of the food and education curriculum through multiple teaching and research,and publicize the results of the food and education curriculum Promote special teachers and classrooms for the establishment of food education production activities;at the level of children’s parents: Parents do a model for seizing the opportunity of family education and food education,and carrying out rich family food education education anytime,anywhere.
