The first priority of kindergarten work is to promote the healthy development of children.Strengthening the food education work in kindergarten is the way to promote the development of children’s health cause.Understanding the implementation status of food education in kindergarten is a necessary link to promote the development of food education.In this study,some kindergartens in Ningde City were selected as the research objects,and the basic situation of education and breeding in local kindergartens was preliminatively understood through questionnaires.On the basis of questionnaire analysis,observation records were compiled,and 3 kindergartens in Ningde City were selected for investigation to further understand the current situation of feeding activities in local kindergartens.According to the questionnaire results and observation contents,an interview outline was compiled for teachers and parents respectively,so as to have an in-depth understanding of the teachers’ concept of feeding,the experience summarized in the process of feeding,the difficulties encountered and the parents’ evaluation and feedback on feeding and feeding in kindergartens.It is found that the main problems in the development of township kindergartens are as follows: first,the cognition of township preschool teachers on food education is not comprehensive enough;Second,rural kindergartens have not yet established a systematic feeding curriculum system;Third,township kindergartens lack of food education curriculum resources;Fourthly,rural parents lack scientific awareness of food breeding.The reasons leading to the problems in the development of village kindergarten feeding are as follows:first,the village kindergarten teachers feeding related training is insufficient;Second,there is a lack of guidance for the implementation of food feeding in township kindergartens;Third,the traditional diet customs affect the diet concept of the parents of children in towns and villages.The research suggestions are as follows: first,pay attention to the feeding training of preschool teachers;Second,strengthen the emphasis and management of the course of feeding and breeding;Thirdly,the popularization and guidance of scientific food breeding should be strengthened.
