The food problem is the issue of the whole people,and the food statute can only provide the most basic guarantee to the people.People only have a certain food science literacy to avoid the threat of food problems.With the rapid development of China's economy,people's diet structure has changed greatly.The lack of food science knowledge has made people begin to worry a'bout eating problems.Although the relevant departments have begun to attach importance to the education of food for all,there are no feasible and systematic measures.The true or false food information on the Internet have deepened this contradiction.To resolve the contradiction,we should pay more attention to the national food education.Primary school students are a more special group.Society,families and schools should pay attention to the education of food science for primary school students.Under the premise of the traditional primary food education,this paper puts forward the education of Food Science in primary schools,and puts forward higher requirements for the food education in primary schools.Through in-depth investigation and research,we can understand students'food science literacy,school food science teaching situation and school,parents and students'educational advice on food science,the feasibility of food science education activities in Schools.In the school of food science education experiments,through the data analysis method to understand the food science education for students,food science literacy promotion status.The results showed that the overall food science literacy of the participants was low,and the experimental class had a significant improvement in the knowledge of food science.Most students are interested in learning the knowledge of food science,and the eating habits of the students need a long time to improve the food science education.Educational research and educational experiments provide a reference for the future research of food science education.
