Action Research On Kindergarten Food Education Curriculum Construction From The Perspective Of Five Education Integration

Children’s physical health is the foundation of development,and promoting children’s physical health development is also the primary goal of kindergarten education.Children’s physical health has always been the focus of many scholars’ research.Kindergarten food education curriculum system is an effective means to promote children’s physical health,and has multiple educational values of promoting children’s morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty and labor.However,the current kindergarten food and education curriculum tends to focus on physical education and labor education,and the educational value of other aspects has not been fully explored.At the same time,there are few links between different education,so the educational value of kindergarten food and education curriculum has been greatly diluted."Five education integration" is the educational concept of the new era.It advocates the deep integration between "five education" and gives full play to the maximum educational value of educational activities.Therefore,this study chooses "five education integration" as the theoretical basis to carry out the research on the curriculum construction of kindergarten food education.In the field investigation carried out in the early stage of this study,it was found that there were serious deviations in the goals and contents of the food education curriculum in the kindergarten.Through talking with the leaders of the kindergarten,I learned that this was caused by the food education curriculum construction system,teachers and the kindergarten.Therefore,in this study,the construction of kindergarten feeding curriculum is mainly improved from the two aspects of the target and content of feeding curriculum system.In this study,three rounds of action research were carried out,and three age classes in kindergarten were taken as research objects.The research process refers to the definition of action research by Kemis,which is divided into four steps: Planning-Implementation-Investigation-Reflection.Each step is interrelated,interdependent and interlinked.The first round of action research confirmed that the kindergarten food education curriculum system has the educational opportunity of "five education",which provides the research basis for "five education integration".In the first round,the food and breeding curriculum was infiltrated into the "five and breeding integration",confirming that the food and breeding curriculum had the infiltration conditions of "five and breeding integration",and the food and breeding curriculum of kindergarten and "five and breeding integration" had the consistency of goals and contents.However,the problem of "five education" being independent from each other and less connected with each other.In the second round,the links between "five education" are strengthened in terms of objectives and contents,making the curriculum comprehensive and developing children’s multiple abilities.However,both children and teachers feel tired,and the connection between "five education" is one-way.It is not enough to call it "you have me,I have you." And the connection between the "five education" is one-way,not enough to say that you have me,I have you.In the third round,the number of "breeding" in the integration should be reduced,and the links between each breeding should be strengthened to achieve interoperability,streamlining the design of food breeding curriculum,and emphasizing the unique educational value of each breeding.Based on three rounds of action research,the research results are obtained.The food education curriculum in kindergarten can provide educational conditions for the penetration of the concept of "five education integration",which focuses on the connection between each education and the play of educational value,rather than the number of "education" in the food education curriculum.In the process of theoretical integration,attention should be paid to children’s experience and give Children have more time to think and feel independently,improving their sense of experience.In order to better improve the construction of kindergarten food education curriculum,the following suggestions are put forward.First,be good at using theory to update and optimize the construction of kindergarten food education curriculum.Add the theoretical perspective,make the kindergarten food education curriculum construction more scientific and diversified.Second,the integration of kindergarten food education curriculum construction and theory needs to be combined with the actual situation.Children’s development is personalized,not completely equivalent,on the basis of kindergarten-based curriculum to carry out theoretical integration.Thirdly,in the process of implementing the kindergarten food education curriculum,we should pay attention to the connection of various elements,educate people as a whole,and cultivate children’s diversified thinking.Fourthly,attach importance to the training of teachers’ professional knowledge and teaching skills,so that teachers can better penetrate the "five education integration" in the course of food education.It is hoped that future research should focus on exploring new theories to guide the construction of kindergarten food and education curriculum,exploring diversified theories,strengthening the integration of theories,and jointly improving the construction of kindergarten food and education curriculum.At the same time,we should also improve the evaluation theory into the depth of the kindergarten food education curriculum construction system,to provide a solid evaluation basis for the research.
