| Measures for the Implementation of the Certification of Normal Majors in Ordinary Colleges and Universities(Interim)and Opinions on Strengthening the Educational Practice of Normal Students emphasize the need to improve the educational practice of normal students and put forward new requirements for normal students’ practice in terms of objectives,content,evaluation,and support.It is of great significance to implement teachers’ professional certification standards in normal education practice.In order to build an open and flexible training system for normal students,the government has issued policies to encourage comprehensive universities to participate in the training of normal students,making it gradually become an important force in conducting normal education.Teachers’ professional certification provides training standards and improvement basis for cultivating high-quality and high-level normal students.Therefore,under the guidance of teachers’ professional certification,optimizing the practical curriculum system of normal education in local comprehensive universities is a key link to ensure the training quality of normal students.This paper selects H university as an example,taking Taylor’s curriculum theory as the main theoretical framework,and analyzes the new requirements of teachers’ professional certification for the normal education practical curriculum system.Considering the direct subject of the normal education practice curriculum,this research conducts questionnaires and interviews with normal students,as well as interviews with teachers of practical courses,to gain an in-depth understanding of the specific situation of the practical curriculum system of normal education.Through analysis,it is found that the normal education practice curriculum system in H University has been initially formed,which basically meets the requirements of normal professional certification.Each module is organized in an orderly manner.Normal students have corresponding gains in it.The evaluation subjects are diversified and the evaluation result is reasonable.Through in-depth exploration of the standards of teachers’ professional certification,it is found that there are some problems.Specifically,there are inadequate guidance of practical objectives and some students are not clear about them;the practice content is mainly based on teaching training,and other aspects have not been fully exercised;normal students focus on completing tasks and fail to reflect in depth;the implementation is inconsistent with the expectation,and the curriculum effect is not well realized.The reasons for analyzing the problems existing in the practical curriculum system of teacher education in local comprehensive universities are as follows: some college teachers fail to understand teacher professional certification;some instructors in practical bases have limitations in their cognition of the practical curriculum system of normal education;local comprehensive universities have insufficient investment in the practical curriculum system of normal education;universities and primary and secondary schools have not yet formed in-depth cooperative relations and the concept of continuous improvement required for teacher training professional certification is inadequate implementation.Based on the actual situation of local comprehensive universities and requirements of teachers’ professional certification,several suggestions are provided: comply with the requirements of certification and actively make changes,integrate the course content and strengthen practical ability,strengthen process management and ensure curriculum implementation,improve the evaluation system and play the motivation function. |
