| University is an important platform to train excellent athletes in our country,but also the main battlefield of deepening the integration strategy of sports education.The development of competitive sports in colleges and universities is a key step to accelerate the construction of sports power.Therefore,the training of high-level athletes in colleges and universities has become a hot topic for many scholars to study.In schools,high-level athletes play two roles:one is the "athlete",who needs a lot of training and competition;The other is "students",who need to learn and master the corresponding theoretical knowledge.However,at present,most high-level athletes devote their major energy to training,and lack of investment in theoretical learning,which seriously lacks the identity of "students".The learning commitment of high-level athletes can reflect the characteristics of their learning and individual growth.Therefore,this study is based on NSSE-CHINA(Chinese College Student Learning Survey)to study the learning involvement of high-level athletes and its influencing factors.In this study,literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and other research methods,combined with the relevant theories of learning engagement,483 high-level athletes randomly selected from 4 universities in Hubei Province as the research object,from the behavioral input,cognitive input and emotional input to analyze the learning involvement of high-level athletes.This paper analyzes the influence factors of personality,school environment and sports team environment on learning involvement of high-level athletes.Taking learning involvement as the mediating variable and educational gain as the calibration variable,this paper analyzes the mechanism of each influencing factor on learning involvement of high-level athletes.The main conclusions and suggestions are as follows:(1)The learning involvement level of high-level athletes in colleges and universities in Hubei Province is above the medium level,with the highest level of cognitive involvement and the lowest level of behavioral involvement.In different demographic variables(gender,grade,sport level,student origin),there are significant differences in the learning involvement of high-level athletes.(2)In the research on the influencing factors of learning involvement of high-level athletes in colleges and universities in Hubei Province,the mean values of the three influencing factors from high to low are personality characteristics,school environment and sports team environment.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between the learning involvement of high-level athletes in colleges and universities in Hubei province and the influencing factors,which are analyzed from the influence intensity and prediction degree of learning involvement,in turn,sports team environment,school environment,personality characteristics.(4)In the study of the structural equation model construction of learning involvement and educational harvest of high-level athletes in Hubei province,it is found that personality characteristics and school environment can directly have a positive effect on educational harvest,and personality characteristics,school environment and sports team environment can positively affect educational harvest through the intermediary variable learning investment.(5)SuggestionsFrom the level of students,we should eliminate the idea of "emphasizing training and neglecting learning";Reasonable career planning;Actively communicate with teachers and coaches.From the school level,we should optimize the curriculum;Establish a homeroom system;Strengthen school hardware facilities.Starting from the level of sports teams,the tasks of coaches should be changed from uniformed to diversified.Set up incentive system in sports team. |
