In the critical period of vigorously promoting educational informationization in our country,high-level talents in the field of educational technology,as the backbone of pro-moting educational informationization,are the mainstay of promoting national educational reform.At present,the number of master's degree programs in educational technology is increasing and the enrollment scale is expanding.Whether the training quality can be guar-anteed or not has attracted wide attention.The Outline of the National Medium-and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020),which was approved in 2010,pointed out that students'dominant position in learning should be clarified.Based on this,the study of the degree of learning engagement has a strong practical significance to pay attention to the quality of master's training in educational technology from the perspective of students.The paper chooses the master's degree students majoring in educational technology from six schools as the research objects,and combining the domestic and foreign research on engagement and the specialty characteristics of educational technology,compile the Learning Input Scale for Master's Degree of Educational Technology and the Influencing Factors Scale for Master's Degree of Learning Input for Educational Technology.By using the method of questionnaire survey and data analysis,this paper quantitatively analyses the learning status of postgraduates majoring in educational technology,finds out the main factors affecting students'learning engagement,and puts forward feasible suggestions,which provides a new dimension for the evaluation of the training quality of postgraduates majoring in educational technology,and provides reference for the follow-up research.The main structure of this paper is as follows.In the first chapter,the introduction elaborates the research background and significance of the paper,and summarizes and re-views the relevant research of scholars at home and abroad,in order to determine the main content,research ideas and main methods used in this study.Chapter 2:Model construction and research design,construct the research model,put forward relevant research hypothe-sis,and design the corresponding questionnaire.The third chapter studies implementation and data analysis,and carries out correlation analysis and regression analysis on the basis of reasonable questionnaires.Chapter ?:Data analysis and discussion,analysis of data conclusions and put forward feasible suggestions.The fifth chapter summarizes and pro-spects,summarizes the full text,finds the deficiencies in the research and puts forward the research prospects.
