With the continuous improvement of the level of social and economic development and the level of medical technology in my country,the health management level of urban and rural residents is increasing,the population aging process is accelerating,and the elderly care service industry is also receiving more and more attention.The aging of the population is accompanied by an increase in the requirements for nursing care workers.Through on-the-spot research,I found that there are large differences in the ratio of men and women in the current nursing staff,low salary,poor degree of specialization,low social recognition,and frequent turnover.Among them,the problem of job burnout of nursing staff is more obvious.Aiming at the problem of job burnout of nursing staff,this paper based on the perspective of social work,relying on the X nursing home in Xiangtan City,where the internship is located,participated in field observation and questionnaire survey in the early stage to understand the common conditions and influencing factors of job burnout of nursing staff,and conduct practical research on this basis..Combined with the actual situation of nursing staff,the group social work method is used to intervene in the problem of occupational burnout of nursing staff,group work activities are carried out with the theme of treatment and stress resistance,and theories such as occupational identity are used in the process of activities,in order to alleviate the occupational burnout of nursing staff.mood and improve their ability to resist stress,reduce their job burnout.This paper explores the solutions to the problem of job burnout among nursing staff through research,and draws relevant conclusions.To improve the problem of job burnout among nursing staff,it needs to be solved at multiple levels.The government,society,and pension institutions should pay attention and help to the elderly care workers.Social work,with the help of multiple levels,uses group work to intervene in the mental health problems of elderly care workers,which helps to improve the problem of job burnout of elderly care workers,enhance their professional identity,and then improve the quality of life of the elderly living in old age.The development of my country’s pension industry.
