At present,with the deepening of the aging of China’s social pension service demand continues to expand,the pension service system and pension security put forward higher requirements.As an important part of the construction of the pension service system,the improvement of the professional development ability of the nursing staff should also be concerned.However,nursing staff are faced with heavy work tasks,greater work pressure,unreasonable salary level,imperfect promotion assessment system and other problems,all of which affect the improvement of nursing staff career development ability,thus adversely affecting the construction of China’s pension service system.This paper takes the career development of nursing staff in T nursing institution in Pingdu city as an example.Through participation observation,questionnaire survey,semi-structured interview and other research methods,the career development ability of nursing staff is concretized into three aspects,namely,vocational cognition,vocational technical level and career promotion channels.According to the analysis of this part,it is found that the improvement of career development ability of nursing nurses presents five needs,including changing self-cognition,improving vocational recognition,strengthening vocational training,improving social support level and clarifying promotion channels.At the same time,the improvement of their career development ability has the corresponding self-cognition deviation,the occupation recognition is not high,the vocational skill level is low and difficult to improve,the social support level is low,the career promotion channel is not clear.In view of the needs and dilemmas existing in the improvement of the career development ability of the nursing staff in T pension institution,in order to improve their career development ability,this study carried out six group activities through the growth group from the perspective of social work and relying on the social support theory,Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs theory and empowerment theory.Through group activities,the nursing staff can relieve work pressure,change their professional cognition,link training resources,broaden the source and content of social support,and improve their professional development ability.At the end of the group,the work of the group was summarized and reflected,the work of the group was evaluated from various aspects,and suggestions were put forward from the three levels of society,pension institutions and social workers that social work should be involved in the improvement of nursing staff’s professional ability. |
