The communication of supervisor-postgraduate is the most fundamental and important interpersonal relationship in graduate education.As one of the "top ten education systems",scientific research and education is not only an important way to cultivate talents,but also the core grip of supervisor-postgraduate communication,the construction of a good relationship between supervisors and postgraduates is helpful to improve the effectiveness of mentors in scientific research and education.In recent years,with the expansion of graduate education and the rapid development of market economy,there are more and more dilemmas in supervisor-postgraduate communication centered on scientific research and education,which limits and hinders the quality of graduate training.Based on this,on the basis of comprehensive analysis and reference to previous theoretical achievements,combined with Habermas’ communication action theory,Marx’s theory of all-round human development,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,explain the relevant concepts and connotation of supervisor-postgraduate communication,extracting the internal mechanism model based on intersubjectivity,ideal language,normative context,and emotional care.Based on theoretical analysis,using the method of questionnaire and interview,taking five universities of different types in college city as the object of investigation,some groups of postgraduates were investigated.It is found that supervisor-postgraduate communication in general is relatively good,but there are also some problems,including the neglect of matching in the establishment of guidance relationship,insufficient communication frequency and depth,insufficient communication enthusiasm and feedback,overall relationship being not close enough,and there are deviations between the practice of scientific research and education with the expectations of the subject.Through the study of the reasons behind the problem,it is concluded that inadequate subjective emotional input leads to weak communication awareness,differences in intergenerational characteristics lead to insufficient communication qualifications,enlargement of power potential and limited intersubjectivity,unclear awareness of responsibility and authority leads to a tendency towards profit in communication purposes,and the imperfection of school related guarantee mechanisms are the main factors affecting the supervisor-postgraduate communication in the practice of scientific research and education.On this basis,aim to help postgraduates grow and become talented,try to put forward the optimization tactics of supervisor-postgraduate communication in the practice of scientific research and education from the perspective of internal subject and external environment.Specifically,it includes: on the side of supervisors and postgraduates,shaping intersubjectivity and improving the quality of dialogue;emphasizing emotional and constructing a trust bridge;building an ideal discourse context and enhancing the intercommunity of scientific research and education.In terms of school environment,optimize the design of system to protect the legitimate rights of the subject;create a good communication platform and dialogue atmosphere to assist academic research and practice,etc.
