Research On The Strategy Of Evaluating The Effectiveness Of College Graduate Tutors’ Moral Cultivation

As the core strength of postgraduate education in China,research supervisor are also responsible for cultivating high-level talents."Foster character and civic virtue is the fundamental task of education in our country.As the first responsible person for cultivating graduate students,the research supervisor needs to bear the heavy responsibility of cultivating graduate students.In recent years,the team of graduate supervisors has made remarkable achievements in cultivating virtuous students and cultivating a group of young people with responsibility,responsibility,ideals and faith,but also appeared a few supervisor to ignore " Foster character and civic virtue ",broke the teacher’s moral bottom line,even to the whole brought great negative impact on team of research supervisor.so that the research supervisor team in the forefront.In this regard,it is imperative to promote construction and reform by evaluation,and to evaluate the effect of cultivating people by virtue of graduate supervisors.Based on this,this paper,taking the research supervisor " Foster character and civic virtue "effect evaluation as the core,on the basis of summarizing the theories related to the evaluation of the effectiveness of virtuous cultivation by investigating the current research supervisor Foster character and civic virtue" effects evaluation problems and reason analysis,as research supervisor "Foster character and civic virtue" effect evaluation of the implementation to provide the corresponding theoretical guidance.This article is divided into four parts.The first part introduces the background and significance of the evaluation methods of the moral problems of graduate tutors,the relevant research at home and abroad,and the evaluation methods used.Based on the summary of previous experience,this article finds the gaps and shortcomings of the current research,and puts forward corresponding innovation points for discussion.The second part systematically expounds on the concepts and theories related to evaluation methods of the moral problems of graduate tutors.The first is to elaborate the evaluation of research supervisor,"Foster character and civic virtue",and the effectiveness of "Foster character and civic virtue".The second is to clarify the theoretical basis of the study from Marx’s theory of all-round human development,Chinese excellent traditional culture,the moral education thought of Chinese Communists and the fourth generation evaluation theory.The third is to expound the necessity of the evaluation of the effect of moral cultivation of research supervisors from the four dimensions of the state,society,universities and individuals.The third part analyzes the existing problems through the investigation of the current situation of the evaluation of the effectiveness of the research supervisor in moral education,mainly in the form of questionnaires and interviews,to further analyze and summarize the commonality of the existing problems,and provide a basis for the next step of countermeasure research.The fourth part is the exploration of the path of the evaluation of the effectiveness of the research supervisor’s "Foster character and civic virtue",in view of the current situation and analyses the reason of the above,in many ways,this paper puts forward the corresponding measures on macro,hope for the current research supervisor "Foster character and civic virtue" effect evaluation is to provide some ideas and suggestions to resolve the problem,in order to improve the effectiveness of research supervisor "Foster character and civic virtue",we will promote the high-quality development of graduate education.
