As an important part of ideological and political education,the mental health education of college students undertakes the important task of promoting the mental health literacy of socialist successors.In the new era,the party central committee and the national education department pay more and more attention to the theoretical and practical quality of mental health education for Chinese college students.As a basic element of education theory,the evaluation system is also an important vane and regulator to improve the quality of education,the purpose of psychological health education evaluation research for college students is to improve the system of related disciplines,guide the direction of education development,comprehensively improve the quality of education,and give full play to the basic function of "foster character and civic virtue".This paper adopts literature research,comparative research,systematic research and other methods to carry out exploration.With a deep understanding of the educational concept of "foster character and civic virtue" and the "thinking of the new era",this paper makes a preliminary study on the evaluation and its system of college students' mental health education,in order to supplement and improve the theory and system construction of relevant educational evaluation in China.The first part is the introduction,it discusses the research background and significance of psychological health education evaluation of college students,sorts out relevant literature at home and abroad and reviews it,and puts forward the research methods and innovations of this paper.In the second part,the relevant concepts of college students' mental health education evaluation are clarified,and the scientific guidance is established based on the theories of education evaluation and education quality.The third part mainly analyzes the college students' mental health education evaluation study,in our country and abroad research,the combination of subjectivity and objectivity,the combination of process evaluation and effect evaluation of the three basic principles of combining emphasized the innovation value to highlight the psychological education,the value of the integration of psychological education and moral education,the value of the college students' mental health education practice value,has been clear about the quantitative and qualitative,historic and dynamic relationship processing,instant effect and long-term goals.The fourth part is the core chapter of the thesis,which constructs the evaluation system of college students' mental health education from three aspects: at the level of condition guarantee,the hardware facilities,management system and professional team of psychological health education for college students are evaluated;starting from the concrete content,this paper evaluates the teaching work,educational activities,psychological consultation and crisis intervention of college students' mental health education;from the perspective of effect,the goal achievement degree,social adaptation degree and result satisfaction degree of psychological health education effect of college students were evaluated.The fifth part analyzes and expounds the construction of evaluation index of college students' mental health education,the weight design of guidance index,the content of evaluation test and the path of optimization.
