A Study On The Construction Of Campus Culture In Colleges And Universities Under The Threhold Of Cultivating Talents By Virtue

Since the 18th national congress of the Chinese Communist Party,general secretary Xi Jinping paied high attention to the training of scocialist builders and successors,put forward that cultivating people through virtue is the central link of education,which will realize the whole process of education and all-round education.With the development of the times,although great achievements have been made in the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities in China,there are still some problems such as unbalanced development.On the basis of discussing the definition of the related concepts of cultivating people through virtue and campus culture construction,this paper summarizes the relationship between cultivating people through virtue and campus culture construction,and then points out the functions of campus culture construction in colleges and universities from the perspective of cultivating people through virtue:guarantee function,guiding function,educating function and cohesion function.In addition,the construction of campus culture in the aspect of cultivating people through virtue has distinct characteristics:setting up the concept of moral education as the first,attaching importance to the education of ideals and beliefs,attaching importance to the people-oriented education,practicing the core socialist values,attaching great importance to the educational functioo of college campus culture,and paying attention to the all-round development of students.Taking the three universities in xi 'an as examples,the author summarizes the characteristics and experience of the campus culture construction of the three universities through empirical investigation,and analyzes the campus culture construction of the three universities in xi 'an and their achievements and existing problems in the aspect of cultivating people with morality.And from 'university field','university people','university activities','university spirit','university network culture' and other aspects to explore the path of university campus culture construction from the perspcetive of cultivating people with morality.In the construction of college material culture,we should attach importance to the cultural connotation of hardware facilities,so that college campus culture can meet the needs of contemporary college students.'University people' should attach importance to the construction of teachers' ethics and give full play to the positive effect of teachers' ethics on the ideological and moral of students.In university activities,we pay more attention to the realization of cultural education by multiple carriers,and highlight the important role of charity culture in students' ideological and moral character.We will introduce the network platform into campus culture construction,actively create film and television culture,and carry forward the excellent traditional culture of red culture in combination with the spirit of The Times,so as to realize the fundamental task of building people with morality.
