The young students are the successors of the future law-based society.In the process of speeding up the construction of a society ruled by law,it is very important to strengthen and enhance the awareness of the rule of law of young people,especially from the junior high school stage to emphasize the cultivation and enhancement of students’ awareness of the rule of law is the top priority.At present,it is not uncommon for teenagers to break the law or even commit crimes,so it is still a long way to strengthen the legal awareness education of junior middle school students.In this regard,the Curriculum Standards of Moral and Rule of Law for Compulsory Education(2022)issued by the state(hereinafter referred to as the "new Curriculum Standards")clearly points out that the concept of rule of law is one of the five core qualities of Moral and Rule of Law in junior high school.At the same time,the Moral and Rule of Law course of junior high school also sets up rich legal learning content,which further emphasizes the importance of legal education of junior high school students.In the process of cultivating junior high school students’ consciousness of rule of law,apart from students’ independent learning,teachers’ role and teaching process play a crucial role.The author believes that compared with the traditional teaching method of "indoctrination",the case teaching method based on the actual cases of the rule of law can not only realize the requirements of the new curriculum reform,but also improve students’ awareness of the rule of law more effectively.The text of this paper mainly analyzes from five parts the application of case teaching method to enhance students’ legal awareness in the course of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school.The first part summarizes the relevant theories of using case teaching method to enhance students’ awareness of rule of law in the course of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school.Specifically including: rule of law,rule of law consciousness,junior high school students’ sense of rule of law,rule of law cases,case teaching method and other related concepts are defined;The theoretical basis of case teaching method to cultivate the consciousness of rule of law in the Moral and Rule of Law course of junior high school is reviewed.This paper summarizes the value of case teaching method in cultivating students’ consciousness of rule of law in Moral and Rule of Law course of junior high school.The second part,using the method of questionnaire and interview,investigates and analyzes the situation of cultivating students’ consciousness of rule of law with case teaching method in the course of Morality and Rule of Law in junior middle school.Specifically from the purpose of the investigation,the way of the investigation,the object of the investigation,the design of the questionnaire and other four aspects of analysis.In the third part,based on the practical investigation in the second part and combined with my own teaching practice,from the aspects of teachers’ teaching and students’ learning,the author summarizes and analyzes the results,existing problems and reasons of cultivating students’ legal consciousness by using case teaching method in the course of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school.Among them,the emphasis is placed on the analysis of the current teaching practice of the case method.The fourth part,from the aspects of improving teachers’ case teaching ability,enhancing students’ learning consciousness,and improving the evaluation system,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to use the legal case teaching method to enhance students’ awareness of the rule of law legal in the course of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school.The fifth part,the author combines the educational practice with the case teaching method to carry on the teaching design. |
