| “The comprehensive implementation winter and summer vacation student sports homework system” is our country ministry of Education and other 15 departments issued documents clearly stipulated.The Ministry of 2021 Education and other 15 departments jointly issued the “Bright Action Plan for prevention and control of myopia among children and adolescents(2021-2025)”(hereinafter referred to as“Bright Action”).In the third part,“Among the three main tasks,(III)strengthen outdoor activities and physical exercise--fully implement the winter and summer vacation sports homework system for students,and guide parents to create a good family sports atmosphere.” Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the implementation of winter and summer vacation sports homework for primary and secondary school students in Ensch.By using the methods of literature review,data statistics,interviews,logical analysis and questionnaire,this study conducted a relatively comprehensive investigation on the homework performance of 11 schools,26 classes,70 physical education teachers,66 non-physical education teachers,12 school leaders,10 training institutions,200 parents and 1,367 students in Ensch Autonomous Prefecture during the winter and summer vacation.The following five conclusions were drawn from the survey and analysis:(1)winter and summer sports homework in primary and secondary schools is an educational task stipulated in the documents of the Ministry of Education,there are sufficient political basis,policy basis,theoretical basis,practical basis and empirical basis for the full implementation of the winter and summer sports homework system for primary and middle school students,it is of great significance to the implementation of the National Double Reduction Policy,the enhancement of Students’ physique,and the enrichment of extra-curricular life.(2)the results of a survey on the implementation of sports homework during winter and summer vacation in primary and secondary schools in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture showed that the top three places for completing sports homework were the courtyard,home and club of the community;The top 11 sports were basketball,football,martial arts and table tennis.In terms of motivation,physical exercise was the primary motivation,followed by socializing with friends,secondly,in order to reach the goal of sports performance;the time to complete sports homework is rarely about 1 hour,mostly between 10-30 minutes;from the degree of likes winter and summer vacation sports homework,88.66% of them liked it very much and 60.33% of them thought it was very important School leaders,physical education teachers,non-physical education teachers,training institutions and parents of students on winter and summer sports homework positive support attitude;Very few students and parents think that sports homework increases the burden on students and parents.(3)the problems in the implementation of winter and summer sports homework in primary and secondary schools in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture are as follows: the popularization of sports homework in different stages in winter and summer vacation,the classification design of sports homework in winter and summer vacation,the layering arrangement of sports homework in winter and summer vacation,the time control of sports homework in winter and summer vacation,the supervision and inspection of sports homework in winter and summer vacation,and the evaluation of the effect of sports homework in winter and summer vacation.(4)the influencing factors and causes of the problems in the implementation of sports homework during winter and summer vacation in primary and secondary schools in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture: the influencing factors are mainly the sports place,the contents of sports items and the motivation of sports exercise;The causes of the problems are the subjective and objective factors that affect the implementation of the homework in winter and summer vacation,such as the administrative department of the school,the school leaders,the physical education teachers,the teachers in charge of the class,the students themselves,the parents of the students,the conditions of the school and the public opinion.(5)the strategies for improving and optimizing the sports homework system in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture’s primary and secondary schools during the winter and summer holidays are: strengthening supervision and evaluation at the national government level,attaching importance to implementation at the school leadership level,dedicated dedication at the level of physical education teachers,understanding and support at the level of students’ parents,difficult progress at the level of students themselves,creating an atmosphere at the social level,and providing policy and institutional support,material and financial support,and human resources support from the functional departments.(6)in view of the implementation of sports homework during the winter and summer vacation in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,the following are put forward: social organizations should create a strong atmosphere for the full implementation of sports homework,and education departments should make scientific plans for the full implementation of the sports homework supervision system;School units should strictly implement the content of sports homework to ensure the quality and quantity of homework,students’ parents should cover the full implementation of sports homework key links to ensure effective assistance,etc.. |
