Objective: In this study,this study introduces the teaching of rope skipping into college physical education classrooms to provide more choices for college students to exercise.To explore the influence of rope skipping practice on the physical fitness test indicators of students in public physical education courses in colleges and universities and the subjective feelings of college students when participating in rope jumping exercise,and explore the influence of different exercise methods of rope skipping on subjective exercise of college students.The introduction of rope skipping into the implementation of public physical education courses in colleges and universities provides practical experience and theoretical support,promotes the development of public physical education courses in colleges and universities,improves students’ physical fitness,and further enhances students’ enthusiasm for physical exercise and independent learning ability.Methods: This paper used literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,experimental method,data processing and other research methods.Taking the influence of rope skipping on the subjective exercise experience and physical health performance of college students as the research object,68 college students majoring in non-physical education in the sophomore year of Inner Mongolia Normal University were used as experimental subjects to conduct a nine-week rope skipping teaching experiment to explore the impact of rope skipping on the physical health and subjective exercise experience of college students.Through the test items in the National Student Physical Health Standards as experimental test indicators,the Subjective Exercise Experience Scale(SEES)was used to investigate students’ emotional experience immediately after physical exercise,and the obtained experimental data were processed by SPSS25.0.Outcome:(1)The horizontal comparison of the indicators of various dimensions of subjective exercise experience and the pre-experimental test indicators of physical fitness test showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group of different genders(P>0.05).(2)The horizontal comparison of subjective exercise experience indicators showed that after the experiment,there were significant differences in the subjective exercise experience of boys in the experimental group(P<0.05),and very significant differences in the subjective exercise experience of girls in the experimental group(P<0.01),while there was no significant change in the control group.(3)The comparison of physical health test indicators showed that:(1)In terms of body shape,there was a significant difference in BMI index change(P<0.05).(2)In terms of physical function,lung capacity(P <0.05).(3)In terms of physical fitness,there was a significant difference in endurance running between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(P<0.05);after the experiment,there was a very significant difference between the experimental group and the control group for 50-meter running(P<0.01);there was a significant difference between the control group before and after the experiment(P<0.05);after the experiment,there was a significant difference in the standing long jump of the girls in the experimental group(P<0.05);after the experiment,the girls in the experimental group had a sitting forward flexion(P<0.05);after the experiment,the girls sit-ups and the boys’ pull-ups(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Rope skipping practice has a positive impact on the subjective exercise experience of college students,which can effectively improve the positive happiness of college students,reduce the psychological troubles of college students when participating in physical exercise,and reduce fatigue.(2)Rope skipping practice has a good effect on improving the physical shape of college students.The BMI index of the experimental group decreased significantly before and after the experiment,and the BMI change in the experimental group was large compared with the control group.(3)Synchronized rope skipping exercises can effectively improve the physical function of college students,enhance the respiratory muscle strength of college students,expand lung capacity,thereby increasing the body’s lung capacity,indicating that synchronized rope skipping can improve aerobic endurance and cardiopulmonary function of college students compared with public physical fitness classes.(4)Synchronized rope skipping practice can more effectively improve the physical fitness of college students,and has a greater effect on endurance running,50-meter running,girls’ standing long jump and sitting body forward flexion in the experimental group,and the control group’s 50-meter running performance before and after the experiment is also significantly improved,and has less effect on sit-ups,pull-ups,and boys’ sitting body forward flexion.
