Objective: Taking Mongols senior high school students in Tongliao area of Inner Mongolia as the research object,through the questionnaire survey of family sports environment and core literacy of physical education and health,this paper analyzes the impact of family sports environment on senior high school students’ core literacy of physical education and health,and clarifies the nature and extent of its impact,which can guide and guide parents to attach importance to family sports environment,strengthen the construction of family sports environment,and build a society A mechanism through which families and schools collaborate to promote students’ core literacy of physical education and health,cultivate good sports habits,enhance health literacy,and promote their physical and mental health.Method:1)Survey objects: Select a Mongolian high school from the Horqin District,Zhalute Banner,Horqin Left-wing Middle Banner,Horqin Left-wing Rear Banner and Naiman Banner,which are relatively concentrated in Tongliao region of Inner Mongolia.Each school randomly selected 300 students and parents from Senior one to Senior three,with a total of 1,500 survey samples.2)Questionnaire:(1)"Family Sports Environment Questionnaire" includes three parts: family sports behavior environment,sports physical environment and sports psychological environment,with a total of 75 questions,all of which are scored with Likert-5 points.The total score of the questionnaire ranges from 0 to 354 points.The higher the score,the better the family sports environment.(2)The content of "Core Literacy of Physical Education and Health Questionnaire" includes three first-level indicators: sportsmanship,sports practice and health promotion;Sports emotion,sports character,sports ability,sports habits,health knowledge,health behavior and other six secondary indicators,42 tertiary indicators.All the questions in the questionnaire were scored with Likert-5 points,and the total score ranged from 42 to 210 points.The three dimensions of sports spirit,sports practice and health promotion are all composed of 14 questions,and the scores of each dimension range from 14 to 70.The higher the scores of the three dimensions,the higher the level of core literacy of physical education and health.3)Data processing: Excel is used to input and sort out the data,and SPSS 26.0 is used for statistical analysis.The data results are expressed by mean standard deviation.Descriptive statistics are used to describe the basic situation of variables such as family sports environment,core literacy of physical education and health;The scores of family sports environment,core literacy of physical education and health among different attributes were compared by independent sample T test or one-way ANOVA respectively.By correlation and regression analysis,the influence of family sports environment on the core literacy of physical education and health is clear,and the significance level is set at P<0.05.Result:1)Total score of family sports environment: By comparing the scores of three dimensions of family sports environment,it is found that the score of family sports psychological environment(262.67 points)is higher than that of family sports behavioral environment(155.21 points)and family sports physical environment(55.66 points)(P < 0.01).In terms of family sports behavior environment,the score of Grade Two(118.59±20.74)is higher than that of Grade One(115.57±20.97)and Grade Three(115.94±20.14).In the physical environment of family sports,the score of grade one(18.12±9.78)is higher than that of grade two(17.52±10.67)and grade three(16.39±10.31).The score of boys(18.03±10.38)was higher than that of girls(16.71±10.15)(P values are all< 0.05).However,there is no gender and grade difference in the total score of family sports psychological environment.2)Total score of core literacy of physical education and health: In the three dimensions of core literacy of physical education and health,the score of sportsmanship(55.21±12.85)is significantly higher than that of sports practice(42.74±11.85)and health promotion(44.57±11.06)(P < 0.01).In terms of the total score of core literacy of physical education and health,boys scored(162.59±25.78)higher than girls scored(141.81±22.25);Grade three(157.51±23.21)scored higher than grade one(152.26±29.64)and grade two(146.16±24.00)(P values are all < 0.05).In the three dimensions of sports spirit,core literacy of physical education and health,it shows that the score of grade three is higher than that of grade one and grade two.Boys scored higher than girls(P values are all < 0.05).3)There is an obvious correlation between family sports environment and core literacy of physical education and health,and the correlation coefficient is r = 0.548(P < 0.01).Linear regression analysis was made with family sports environment as the independent variable and core literacy of physical education and health as the dependent variable.The regression coefficient of family sports environment was 0.435(P < 0.01).The three dimensions of family sports behavior environment,family sports physical environment and family sports psychological environment are taken as independent variables,and the linear regression analysis with sports spirit,sports practice and health promotion as dependent variables shows that the regression coefficient values of family sports behavior,family sports physical environment and family sports psychological environment to sports spirit are 0.226,0.043 and 0.254,respectively(P values are all < 0.05).The regression coefficient values of exercise practice are 0.116,0.07 and 0.165,respectively(P values are all < 0.05).The regression coefficient values of health promotion were 0.107,0.056 and 0.166,respectively(P values are all< 0.05).4)According to the scores of family sports environment,the subjects were divided into three groups: good family sports environment,average family sports environment and poor family sports environment.Comparing the total scores of core literacy of physical education and health between the groups,it was found that the total scores of students in good family sports environment and average family sports environment were significantly higher than those in poor family sports environment.Conclusion:1)In the family sports environment,the sports psychological environment conditions are good,and the exercise value of parents and the expectations of sports ability are important factors that affect the family sports psychological environment of students.2)In terms of core literacy of physical education and health,the level of sports proficiency is high,and sports character is an important factor affecting sportsmanship.3)There is a significant positive correlation between family sports environment and core literacy of physical education and health,and the better the family sports environment,the higher the students’ physical and health core literacy.
