| Violence has always occurred frequently,and campus violence is also common.As early as1996,violence was regarded by the International Health Organization as one of the public health problems seriously endangering health,which should have caused people’s attention.However,the occurrence of violence has not decreased,but it has shown the characteristics of younger age,gang and malignant.The extreme of aggressive behavior is violence,so it is important to study the mechanism and intervention measures of aggressive behavior before it develops to violence.Some studies have shown that students in special schools are more aggressive than students in ordinary schools.In addition,the Law on the Protection of Minors promulgated by the state stipulates the attention and protection of students in special schools.Therefore,the study of students’ aggressive behavior in special schools has become a topic of common concern for all sectors of society.The General Aggression Model pointed out that emotion regulation strategies and empathy are the emotional factors that affect aggression,and play an important role in them.In order to further clarify the relationship between the three,this study will examine the mediation role of empathy between emotion regulation strategies and aggression among students in specialized schools based on the empathy cognitive model,and further use the group counseling method of the Bahrain team to intervene in empathy,so as to reduce the occurrence of aggressive behavior of students in special schools.In study 1,261 special school students in Jiangxi Province were investigated on their emotion regulation strategies,empathy and aggressive behaviors through the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire Interpersonal Reactivity Index and the Aggressive Questionnaire,a with the purpose of exploring the relationship between the three.Based on the results of study 1,study 2randomly divided 40 students from specialized schools with high aggressiveness into two groups(experimental group and control group).The 20 students in the experimental group were intervened by the group counseling method of Balint Groups to investigate whether the Balint Groups can reduce students’ aggressive behavior.The research results are as follows:(1)The cognitive reappraisal strategy of specialized school students can significantly negatively predict their aggressive behavior.The expression inhibition strategy and empathy can both significantly positively predict their aggressive behavior.(2)Empathy plays a significant mediating role between cognitive reappraisal strategy and aggressive behaviors of students in special schools,and empathy also plays a significant mediating role between expression inhibition strategy and aggressive behaviors of students in special schools.(3)Balint Groups activities have a significant effect on improving students’ empathy level and can significantly reduce students’ aggressive behaviors. |
