Research On The Construction Of Class Style In Private Colleges And Universities In The New Er

The new era endows higher education with new connotations and puts forward new requirements for high-quality development.The construction of class spirit in universities is one of the factors that affect the high-quality development of higher education,so it must adapt to the requirements of the new era.The construction of class spirit in private universities in the new era is a systematic project,which is closely related to the construction of study style,teaching style,management style,interpersonal relationship and talent team in private universities.Strengthening the construction of class spirit in private universities in the new era is the basic construction for the high-quality development of private universities and the basic guarantee for the all-round development of students in private universities.In this study,the students and counselors in private colleges and public colleges were investigated by questionnaire,and the construction of class spirit in two different types of colleges was compared and studied.The survey results show that,compared with public universities,the main problems in the construction of class style in private universities are not strong sense of collective concept,ideological and political work needs to be strengthened,the implementation of regular class system is not in place,the lack of characteristic systems,the uneven ability of class cadres,the low degree of recognition,the lack of self-discipline of students,the overall style of learning needs to be improved,and the flow culture in the new era is diverse.Class mainstream values education needs to be strengthened.The main reasons lie in the inadequacy of ideological and political education in private colleges and universities,the excessive self-pursuit of students in private colleges and universities,the imperfect class management system in private colleges and universities,the few students that counselors care about in private colleges and universities,and the relatively weak construction of talent team in private colleges and universities.In order to comprehensively improve the class spirit construction in private colleges and universities in the new era,we should focus on five aspects:first,we should pay attention to ideological guidance,take Socialism with Chinese characteristics Thought in the new era as the guide,practice educating people for the party and the country,take "four services" as the foundation,stand firm in political stance,pay attention to the inner needs of students under the diversified background,and innovate ideological and political education;The second is to establish and improve the institutional system,build a three-level management system,build a performance evaluation index system,and strengthen the implementation of responsibilities;Third,coordinate the construction of class spirit,improve and optimize the team of counselors,vigorously cultivate the team of outstanding student cadres,build a team of teachers with excellent quality,and build a self-evaluation system for students;The fourth is to create a positive atmosphere.Create an excellent campus culture and create a peer group environment with a good dormitory culture.
