| To build a first-class undergraduate education is the basic task of building a powerful higher education country in China.The construction of first-class undergraduate education puts forward new requirements for the style of study of college students.In recent years,the construction of the style of study in Colleges and universities has achieved certain results,but there are still some bad phenomena,which seriously damage the environment of teaching and education in Colleges and universities,and is not conducive to the improvement of the quality of personnel training.Under the background of building a first-class undergraduate education,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the style of study of college students.This paper defines the concepts of study style,study style construction,first-class undergraduate education,and selects the theory of comprehensive motivation,in-depth learning and the theory of campus culture as the main theoretical tools to study the study style in theory and practice.At the level of theoretical research,it explains the elements of College Students’ style of study,that is,learning purpose,learning attitude,learning interest,learning method,learning discipline and learning effect.This paper summarizes the characteristics of the style of study of the first-class undergraduate education: the style of longing for truth,the style of assiduous study,the style of self-discipline,the style of cooperative discussion,the style of research and innovation.On the basis of theoretical research,taking H University undergraduates as the research object,this paper investigates the current situation of College Students’ study style from six dimensions of study purpose,study attitude,study interest,study method,study discipline and study effect,and makes descriptive statistical analysis,difference analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis on the survey data.The survey found that the current situation of the style of study of college students is mixed,and the overall score of the style of study has reached a medium level,but the score in the dimensions of learning discipline,learning effect and learning purpose is relatively low,and there are still some factors affecting the state of the style of study.There are significant differences in the six dimensions of learning purpose,learning attitude,learning interest,learning discipline,learning methods and learning effect in gender,major,source of students,whether to go to graduate school,grade and major.At present,the main factors that affect the improvement of learning style include:ideal and belief education,learning concept education;material resources conditions;teaching and management system;teachers’ teaching level;curriculum and teaching arrangements;campus cultural activities.Based on the theoretical research and the analysis of the current situation,the main ways to strengthen the construction of the style of study in the context of the construction of first-class undergraduate education are put forward as follows: to lead the style of study with the education of ideals and beliefs,the education of learning concept and the education of mental health;to promote the teaching with excellent teachers,to optimize the style of study;to perfect the system foundation of stimulating study,to perfect the mechanism of learning motivation;to promote the reform of curriculum and teaching,to build the style of study Learning centered teaching mode;strengthen the construction of campus culture,and strive to create a learning atmosphere. |
