In 2017,The General Office of the State Council issued the file <Several Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Industry and Education>,which stressed building a vocational teaching staff is imminent.It is further pointed out that the local government should encourage the managers or technicians in enterprises who teach in vocational schools.At the same time,both schools and enterprises should actively cooperate to build "Bi-professional" teacher training venues.Later,a series of relevant supporting documents were issued,which called for vigorously improving the teaching quality of vocational colleges,including many specific plans and measures,such as encouraging schools and enterprises to build teacher training sites jointly,and strengthening the cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises to enhance "Bi-professional" teacher training mechanism.In recent years,vocational education has vigorously advocated that enterprise managers and technicians who teach in it,and has made the construction of "Bi-professional" teacher ranks as the key work of vocational schools.However,the enthusiasm of enterprise staff is not high to go to higher vocational colleges for teaching,and the loss of teachers who participate in the integration of production and teaching is serious.In this situation,For the stable development of vocational education,it is of great significance to strengthen the management of teacher loss.This thesis adopts three methods: literature research,questionnaire survey and interview survey.Under the guidance of theories such as the stage theory of teacher career development,theories related to job satisfaction and Price-Mueller model,this thesis takes Y Education Company as the research object to carry out a systematic study on its teacher turnover.First of all,based on the literature review at home and abroad,this thesis expounds the concepts of production-education integration,vocational education and brain drain,as well as the theoretical basis of teacher career development stage theory,job satisfaction theory,especially Price-Mueller model.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of teacher loss in Y Education Company under the background of production-education integration,including the current situation of teacher staff in the vocational education,the teacher ranks and training mode of Y Education Company,and the current situation of teacher loss in Y Education Company.Through questionnaire survey and interview survey,based on the Price-Mueller model,the reasons of teacher loss in Y Education Company are analyzed.Finally,corresponding solutions are proposed from the environmental,individual,structural and intermediary levels.
