| In order to achieve the development goal of"300 million people on snow",the State General Administration of Sports actively promotes the rapid growth of China’s ice and snow industry,and the three northeastern provinces effectively use the unique natural environment,climate characteristics and other advantages to take the lead in developing and expanding the ice and snow industry clusters,constantly renovating and improving skiing facilities,and since 2018 the total number of ski resorts has been increasing year by year.The total number of ski resorts has increased year by year since 2018,attracting a large number of tourists to participate in snow sports and expanding sports consumption,and the snow and ice industry has gradually become an emerging force in China’s sports industry.Along with the rise of skiing,facing the development of ski resorts is still immature,the system is not perfect and other problems,with the continuous expansion of the ski market,the ski resort ticket price problem gradually emerged,many scholars on the tourism scenic spot tickets to explore relatively more,for the ski resort ticket research is relatively less,in the ski resort business process,"price"is one of the important factors affecting the operation of ski resorts,the balance of market supply and demand is constrained by the price factor,which will directly affect the sustainable and stable development of the ice and snow industry.Therefore,on the basis of hedonic price theory with reference to the classification of influencing factors of tourist attractions,the factors affecting ski resort ticket prices are comprehensively examined,explored and categorized into four major categories of characteristics;site characteristics,location characteristics,service characteristics,and other characteristics,applying hedonic price theory,using SPSS statistical analysis,and using multiple regression analysis to derive a ski resort hedonic price model for ski resort ticket prices Provide new ideas.In this study,we conducted field research on some ski resorts in Jilin Province to understand the actual operation of ski resorts,and focused on sorting out the relevant classification methods of existing hedonic price model research,compiled 18 influencing factors and divided them into four categories,collected data by checking the official website and issuing questionnaires in two ways,used three different ways to quantify the data reasonably,and combined with hedonic price theory to estimate the model.Construct Jilin Province ski resort ticket price model,multiple regression analysis on the data,and finally get 9 influencing factors with high significance,which are:land area,special snow trails,number of trails,type of trails,location characteristics,number of hotels,the number of reception temperature,events and entertainment.Representation of ski resort ticket price model:P=-121.12+0.15?X1+7.14?X2+8.40?X3+11.09?X5+0.7?L2+11.41?S1+0.01?S2-2.80?R3+3.15?R4The model can be directly applied to the price calculation of ski resort tickets,which can provide part of the reference basis for relevant government departments and provide new scientific methods and ideas for ski resort operators. |
