Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Industry-education Integration In Hengxing Vocational Education Group

In the context of industrial transformation and upgrading at home and abroad and the rapid development of local economy,higher vocational education has become an important way for the country to train high-quality and specialized skilled talents for economic and social development.It plays a vital role in meeting the talent needs of local industrial development and serving the development of local economy.Since the18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the state has paid great attention to the development of higher vocational education,issued a number of policy documents to clarify the development direction of vocational education in succession,and emphasized that the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure plays an important guiding role in future economic development,and vocational education should be used to promote the development of regional industries.Through the implementation of higher vocational education to train specialized talents for the development of regional industries,to consolidate the talent base.Therefore,higher vocational colleges or institutions around the country have been exploring the integration of industry and education one after another.Schools connect with enterprises,industry and education develop synergically,train talents urgently needed by industrial development more quickly and more appropriately,and serve the development of local economy and society.It is an effective method in the implementation of many years.But at the same time,there are also some practical problems in the implementation process of higher vocational education through the integration of industry and education,such as unreasonable specialty setting,low quality of "double-qualified" teachers,imperfect construction of practical post and training base,and lack of in-depth school-enterprise cooperation.The research object of this paper is the exploration of the integration of industry and education in Hengxing Vocational Education Group.Based on the discussion of the relevant concepts and basic theories of higher vocational education and the integration of industry and education,the analysis of the research status at home and abroad and the experience and inspiration of the integration of industry and education in typical areas at home and abroad,Through investigating and analyzing the present situation and problems of Hengxing vocational education group clear fusion production and education of real progress and limitations,and further analyze the root cause of problems in its development,from reason,finally aimed at the problem from three aspects put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,is a group within the school on education teaching reform of the teaching fusion,We should work hard in specialty setting,curriculum development,teacher team construction and play the main role.Second,enterprises should deeply participate in the exploration of the integration of production and education,promote the integration of production and education,optimize the internship and training positions,and pay attention to the development of students’ practical training.Third,establish and improve the operation mechanism of the integration of industry and education,strive for government policy support,establish an internal guarantee mechanism and improve the quality evaluation system,so as to improve the actual effect of the development of the integration of industry and education,and provide strong talent support for the development of the regional industry.
