Over the years,China has given priority to the work concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers.For more than 10 years,the requirements for training new professional farmers have been written in the central documents No.1.This article takes the rural revitalization strategy as the research background,takes servicing the agriculture development of Linyi City and training needs of new professional farmers as the logical starting point of the research,takes Linyi Vocational College as the object of case study,takes optimizing the cultivation path of new professional farmers as the research question.This article follows the logical route of "raising problems--analyzing problems--solving problems" in research.This article mainly applies questionnaire survey and literature research methods to conduct extensive research on the education objects of three types of new professional farmers.Based on the data analysis and empirical research,problems in the training new professional farmers in Linyi Vocational College are identified.In response to the identified issues such as training facilities and equipment are insufficient,some teaching methods are ineffective,the teaching contents are not practical,an empirical study was conducted on the cultivation mechanism of new professional farmers in Linyi Vocational College,and eight key factors affecting the cultivation quality of new professional farmers in Linyi Vocational College were identified.Based on the research conclusions and guided by regional development theory of higher vocational education,rural and agricultural modernization theory and multiple intelligence theory,this article proposes path suggestions of serving regions,connecting industries,integrating industry and education,implementing classified policies,teaching students according to their aptitude,and full cycle training.At the same time,the article summarizes the deficiencies of this study in grasping the latest policy,questionnaire survey and sampling and data analysis.It also makes prospects for the further research.This study is innovative in terms of research perspective,path design,and evaluation methods.Many problems found in this study are the common problems in cultivating new professional farmers for local comprehensive higher vocational colleges.Therefore,it has a strong reference value for Linyi Vocational College and other higher vocational colleges to improve the cultivation of new professional farmers.
