Studies On Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers In Qian'an

Cultivating new professional farmer is an important basic project to promote the construction of modern agriculture,it is also a strategic task.This paper uses the theory of adult education,continuing education theory,adult learning theory,human capital theory,the new occupation farmer training in Qian'an is the case that carrying on the empirical inquiry.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly discusses the research background,purpose,significance,the domestic and foreign research status and contents and methods of new professional farmer.The second chapter is an overview of related problems of cultivating new farmer,analyzes the concept of the new occupation farmer,discusses the differences between the new occupation farmer and traditional farmer,summarizes its basic characteristics.The paper cites the theory of adult education,continuing education theory,adult learning theory,human capital theory.The third chapter mainly analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of new professional farmer in Qian'an City.This paper introduces the development status of agricultural industry in Qian'an City.It analyzs on new farmer's gender,age,occupation,education and work in the field of subject investigation,and analyzes the cultivation of Qian'an new occupation farmer.According to the investigation,There have some problems in the main body,the environment,the way,the content and problems in the cultivation mechanism?The fourth chapter puts forward the specific measures to promote the Qian'an new occupation farmer training: to improve the quality and ability of the object;promote the diversification of cultivating the main body;the optimized cultivation environment system;to perfect the cultivation of new farmers' occupation;rich new occupation farmer training content;improve the cultivation mechanism and sound cultivation mechanism.It is the main direction of the development of the rural areas to cultivating new professional farmer as the road of Chinese characteristics,which is conduciving to the development of modern agriculture and promoting the construction of new socialist countryside in an all-round way.
