| Psychological research shows that high school students are in the critical period of psychological development,a person’s interests and hobbies basically tend to be stable at the age of high school,the value orientation for career has gradually become specific,and the future life path is also in the stage of exploration and preliminary planning.How to correctly understand themselves,choose their appropriate subjects and what kind of school they want to enter in the future are all the choices that high school students have to face.Therefore,it is of great development significance to correctly guide high school students to combine their own reality and take practical career planning as guidance.Since the implementation of the new college entrance examination,the traditional college entrance examination model has ushered in great challenges.It pays attention to students’ autonomy and diversity and gives students more choice opportunities,which is mainly reflected in both students’ subject selection and school enrollment autonomy.There is no doubt that such reform has injected new development power into education and brought more opportunities to the development of education.However,at the same time,it also puts forward higher development requirements for schools,teachers and students.Schools and teachers need to help students plan courses and choose schools reasonably,and students also need to understand the matching of their interests,personality and future career as soon as possible.Therefore,guide high and middle schools to better implement the guiding ideology of the new college entrance examination,We need to reform and optimize the curriculum system according to the actual situation of our school,and use the systematic career curriculum guidance system to meet the actual needs of the development of high school students under the new college entrance examination.Aiming at the implementation deviation of the current career guidance curriculum system for senior high school students,this paper takes investigation and action research as the basic methods,starts from the necessity and urgency of senior high school career guidance curriculum,and carries out the practice of senior high school career guidance curriculum construction based on the theoretical basis of senior high school career guidance curriculum construction.Under the guidance of the reform and implementation plan of the new college entrance examination,this paper focuses on case studies,takes Changjun Middle School as an example,focuses on the career guidance courses of campus simulated job fair and entering the new countryside,summarizes the effectiveness and existing problems of the construction of high school career guidance curriculum system,and looks forward to the implementation strategies of the construction of high school career curriculum system,I hope it can improve the current teaching situation of high school career guidance course to a certain extent.Through the research on the construction of senior high school career guidance curriculum system taking Changjun Middle School as an example,the main conclusions are as follows: first,there are many practical development problems in senior high school career guidance curriculum,so it is very necessary to construct senior high school career guidance curriculum system;Second,career guidance education in senior high school is a systematic and coherent process,which has different guidance tasks in different stages of senior high school;Third,career guidance education in senior high school needs the coordination of many parties.It is a complete curriculum guidance system;Fourth,the high school career guidance curriculum system still needs to constantly find problems and meet challenges in the school career guidance practice. |
