With the rapid of the process of popularization of higher education, more and more young people can enter the college campus, followed was that millions of college graduates enter into the community every year. According to statistics, the total number of college graduates has reached 7.27 million in 2014, a new high. Increasing employment of college graduates makes the employment situation even more severe. Employment of college students is concerned gradually by the government and the whole society; and that the career guidance education has become an important means of promoting employment.This paper takes the problems of the Colleges’ Career Guidance System(CCGS) as the research object, combining the actual work of the author. Through visits and research, to combing access methods, to organize research ideas, to depth study of the causes of the problem, to further clarify the scope of research. This paper presents the concept of putting career planning into all aspects of the CCGS to improve the professional level of employees, to develop evaluation criteria of scientific work, to improve existing concepts such as vocational guidance methods and approaches.This paper aims to establish a "full participation and overall guidance, two-way service," the career guidance mechanism, which can help students establish a rational view of career development and professional values, cultivate students’ vocational quality, promote Students’ vocational preparation, boost students’ successful employment.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction. Analysis of the current employment situation faced by college students, an overview of the basic situation of ongoing colleges’ career guidance and employment services, the proposed research ideas and research methods.The second part discusses the basic connotation the CCGS, operational mechanism and its importance. Proposed the CCGS should serve the local economic development and industrial structure strategic needs for the mission, career planning and development of students as the core, to develop students ability to adapt to society and enhance the core competitiveness as the key to a correct life outlook, values, career outlook is based on cultivating students’ creative ability and innovation as the goal, through the whole process of university education management and service work. This part describes the current operation of the CCGS, and from contact with the social needs, career preparation college students, the rational allocation of human resources, and other aspects of sustainable development of universities to explain the important role of the CCGS.The third part pointes out that in recent years, there are still many issues can not be ignored in the CCGS. These issues include the positioning of vocational guidance and are not allowed to pay enough attention, career guidance teachers lack of high-quality, professional, career guidance program lacked scientific construction of career guidance evaluation criteria unscientific, yet the entire process of the formation of the whole members of the college career guidance system and so on. And further analysis of the causes of the problem.The fourth part, for the CCGS’s problems existing universities, this part bases on the current employment situation and the new relevant national employment policy, in terms of organization, curriculum, team building, education model, evaluation system put forward specific measures in order to further improve the system of vocational guidance and universities, to promote the development of vocational guidance education.First, to establish and improve institutions of CCGS, establish the corresponding work system. By setting a relatively independent career guidance mechanism, realizes the functions shift from a simple administrative to education and service functions.Second, to strengthen the collage’s career development education. From the school of education, professional education and career education in three aspects, to do personalized career planning and good career preparation, find the best career paths.Third, to improve the collage’s career guidance curriculum system construction. From curriculum development, research aspects, enrich and improve the curriculum content, employment training and other aspects of education practice, perfect all-round, three-dimensional career guidance curriculum.Fourth, to strengthen the team construction of the collage’s guidance system. According to "professional and specialized" requirements, constantly optimize the personnel structure, improve the quality and level of full-time and part-time employees, finally the career guidance teachers become an excellent quality of the team.Fifth, to improve the throughout education mode of collage’s career guidance. Implementation collage’s career guidance education running through the whole collage’s process, to form the entire process of career guidance education, so that students can do career preparation better.Finally, layered sound guidance and personalized guidance combining education model, developed scientific career guidance evaluation criteria, taken the "five helps" as the CCGS’s evaluation program, to further enhance the existing vocational guidance philosophy.
