With the implementation of the new college entrance examination policy and the continuous advancement of the education mode reform in ordinary high schools,the career education in ordinary high schools has attracted increasing attention from all walks of life.However,the lack of professional teachers in career education has been restricting the effective advancement of career education in ordinary high schools.Therefore,all walks of life began to explore the solution,some experts and scholars put forward the idea of discipline integration,full staff career mentor.But the realization of this idea,the ability and accomplishment required by the career guidance of ordinary high school teachers should be clarified.Therefore,This study attempts to further explore the effectiveness of full participation in career guidance of ordinary high school teachers from the perspective of competence,in order to clarify the specific ability direction of teachers' career guidance competence,and to provide new inspiration for the cultivation and assessment of career guidance teachers and the promotion of full,all-round and whole process education of ordinary high schools.The main goal of this research is to construct an evaluation index system for the career guidance competency of ordinary high school teachers.It is based on the career development theory and the competency iceberg model.First of all,starting from the current status of career education in high school in China,using literature analysis and key behavioral event interviews,a preliminary evaluation index system for the career guidance competency of ordinary high school teachers is constructed.This system mainly consists of 5 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators,and 40third-level refined indicators.Secondly,the Delphi method was used to demonstrate and revise the preliminary constructed index system.After three rounds of expert demonstration,the relatively scientific and reasonable evaluation index system for career guidance competence of ordinary high school teachers was revised and improved,including 4 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators and 52third-level refined indicators.Finally,the AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of indicators at all levels after scoring by experts.Finally,according to the evaluation index system,a questionnaire was prepared to verify and apply the evaluation index system.The career guidance competency of260 high school teachers in developed areas such as Shanghai and Zhejiang who were the first to enter the new college entrance examination were evaluated.Through quantitative statistical analysis,the competency evaluation index system constructed in this paper has high reliability and validity.Finally,the competency evaluation index system of career guidance in ordinary high school is established.In addition,the application analysis results of the index system show that the overall career guidance competence of high school teachers is in the middle level,and there is a large space for development.In this regard,this article attempts to give four countermeasures and suggestions: change the concept,correctly understand the general high school career education;the overall structure,refine the career education goals and content design;strengthen policy support and training guidance;multi-party participation,play the society Join forces.
