The National Chinese Curriculum Criteria for General High School(2017Version)designs a learning task group called the Cross Culture Symposium to fulfill the need that economic globalization asks for the cultivation of intercultural talents.However,because of the lack of enough comprehension of foreign culture,the shortage of teachers’ professional abilities and students’ comprehending abilities,the great difficulty of implementation and little practical experience,the research and study on this learning task group is still far from complete and integral.Therefore this thesis tries to probe into the teaching design and implement of this learning task group,aiming to lead students to work together on cross cultural study and communication so as to benefit from various human cultures,develop critical thinking,strengthen aesthetic abilities and continuously improve students’ Chinese Core Literacy.This thesis develops mainly as follows:The exordium starts from social background,educational facts and the requirements of the Chinese Curriculum Criteria(2017 Version).Then it discusses the meaning and value of the cross-cultural Chinese teaching research.Therefore it can point out existing problems of present research and so as to put forward feasible research plan and method,basing on researches and studies having been done.The first chapter intends to define the word “cross culture” in the Chinese teaching in general high schools by learning from researches and studies of subjects like Comparative Literature,Cross-cultural Communication and so on,and by analyzing requirements of the Chinese Curriculum Criteria(2017 Version).Then it can answer the question: what the Cross Culture Symposium learning task group consists of and will do.And at last,it will discuss principles of designing teaching strategies to ascertain the cross-cultural Chinese teaching objectives and value.The second chapter concludes the present situations and problems of cross-cultural Chinese teaching practice via analyzing the results of a questionnaire and other national related practice.The third chapter explores implementing strategies when doing cross-cultural Chinese teaching in teachers’ perspective and students’ perspective respectively.It at first investigates ways in areas like curriculum resources and teaching methods to improve teachers’ level in acting cross-cultural Chinese teaching,hoping to exert teachers’ guiding function.After that,it focuses on how to lead students to do cross-cultural learning and research,helping to strengthen students’ active status and improve the effectiveness of cross-cultural symposium.The forth chapter introduces three theoretical bases of the cross-cultural Chinese teaching design,and then presents four teaching designs as examples and references for the implementation of the cross-cultural symposium learning task group. |
