| Class activities are important parts of school education activities,which can stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm and collectivism spirit.Positive education aims to guide students to know themselves correctly,stimulate their potential,and cultivate students’ positive attitude towards life.Therefore,we carry out class activities under the concept of positive education,and study the effectiveness and improvement measures of class activities.The positive education idea advocates the adoption of positive education actions,so that students can take the education of seeking knowledge,obtaining positive emotional experience,cultivating students’ positive personality quality and life attitude.As a head teacher,the author designs and implements class activities in junior high school from the following four aspects according to the characteristics of students at different ages and under the concept of positive education: to condense and gather strength with positive goals;to surpass oneself by stimulating the experience of inner positive emotions;to perceive the meaning of life in positive qualities and express your values in a positive attitude.In order to investigate whether the activities in class can promote the positive quality of students,the author conducted a “Questionnaire on Positive Psychology of Junior High School Students”in the class,and asked students to evaluate whether their positive quality was improved before and after the class activities.And the author released "Class Activities Questionnaire" in the class to let students evaluate the effect of class activities in the following aspects: whether teachers actively create a good environment,expect and pay attention to students and guide and lead students,whether students learn actively and independently in class,self-evaluation and self-control.The research data of the “Questionnaire on Positive Psychology of Junior High School Students” showed that most positive qualities were improved after the activity,whether it was the overall class level,the gender study,the study of class cadres and non-class cadres,or the study of academic performance,which proved that the activity effectively promoted the improvement of positive qualities.However,it is worth exploring that some positive qualities after class activities are lower than before class activities.The "Class Activities Questionnaire" shows that class activities have a certain promoting effect on the positive performance of students.The author also conducted an investigation on the negative decline of some positive qualities after the activity through interview,and the results can be used for reference for the design and implementation of class activities in the future. |
