| Junior high school is the key stage of students’ physical and mental development.Supporting by the positive psychological quality theory,the construction of class culture can lead students to live and study healthily and actively,and promote the all-round development of students.This study mainly adopts the action research method and takes 45 students from Class2 of Class 8 of N Middle School in Nanchang as the research object to explore effective ways to promote students’ positive psychological quality.Before the action,the questionnaire method was used to analyze the current situation of class culture construction from the perspective of positive psychological quality of the class.It was found that the level of students’ positive psychological quality was low as a whole,and there were also significant differences between male and female students in the positive psychological quality of being serious.As for the current situation of class culture construction,first,the spiritual and cultural construction is not in-depth,and the class cohesion is weak.Then,the construction of institutional culture is not comprehensive and lacks democracy.Besides,the construction of material culture lacks individuality and characteristics.Last,the low participation of students in the construction of behavioral culture makes it difficult to touch the hearts of students,which is not conducive to the cultivation of students’ positive psychological quality.Based on the above analysis of the current situation,this paper designs an action plan to cultivate students’ positive psychological qualities of cognition,courage,justice,moderation,interpersonal and transcendence from the four aspects of spirit,system,material and culture,and carries out the first round of action research.After that,we will reflect and improve on the basis of the first round of research,deepen students’ recognition of spiritual and cultural construction,improve the integral assessment system,encourage all staff to participate in the construction of class material culture,increase interesting class activities,and the second round of research will be conducted.After two rounds of action,by analyzing the data of educational action research,observing the students’ performance,analyzing the effect of class culture construction and discovering the positive psychological quality of students’ cognition,justice,courage and interpersonal dimensions has been significantly improved.In addition,all members of the class have established clear learning objectives,formed a diligent and hard-working learning atmosphere,formed good behavior habits and gradually realized self-management.According to the results of the action research,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of class culture construction in junior middle school from the perspective of positive psychological quality.In terms of spiritual and cultural development,by creating a good class atmosphere,let students feel the spirit of the class in the activities,and improve the positive psychological quality of courage and transcendence.In the construction of institutional culture,we should fully understand the students,establish the core team of the class.We should also promote the students’ positive psychological quality at the two levels of justice and communication,respect the students’ subjectivity in material and cultural construction,and let them participate in the layout of class environment.Furthermore,we should cultivate positive psychological quality in cognitive and interpersonal dimensions.As for the construction of behavioral culture,carry out activities with distinctive themes to cultivate students’ positive psychological qualities in the dimensions of cognition,interpersonal and transcendence. |
