| With the continuous reform and promotion of education,home-school co-parenting has become an important research trend and an important way to promote the all-round development of students.As a weak part of basic education,rural boarding junior high schools have certain limitations in teaching conditions,and the local ideology is relatively backward.Many factors lead to the poor quality of boarding schools,which makes it difficult to promote the all-round development of quality-oriented education.Boarding junior high school students’ physical and mental development is also greatly affected.Therefore,it is an important and effective way to improve the current situation to carry out home-school co-education in rural boarding middle schools.Through the questionnaire survey and interview of H Middle School,it is found that there are some problems in the cognition,content,mode,frequency,subject responsibility and effect of home-school co-parenting in this school.Such problems as biased cognition of home-school co-parenting,narrow content of home-school co-parenting,single way of home-school co-parenting,low frequency of home-school co-parenting,fuzzy responsibility boundary of the main body of home-school co-parenting,and poor effect of home-school co-parenting further affect the positive promoting effect of rural boarding junior high school co-parenting on students.The main reasons are that parents’ "home-school co-parenting" ability system is not up to standard,the school "home-school co-parenting" education system is not perfect,and the social "home-school co-parenting" support system is not perfect.In view of the existing problems in the process of carrying out home-school co-parenting in H Middle School and the causes of the problems,the following improvement measures are put forward from the three aspects of family,school and society: the positive role of family education is the basis of "home-school co-parenting";The dominant force of school education is the strong push of "home-school co-education";The auxiliary advantage of social resources is an important guarantee for "home-school co-parenting".The above optimization measures are expected to improve the current situation of home-school co-parenting in H middle school,so as to further improve the effect of home-school co-parenting in H middle school. |
