In order to deal with the aging challenge,and to improve the system of social security and public service,all parts of the country are accelerating the socialized management process of enterprise retirees.In that way,our country can fully realize the transformation of enterprise retirees from “enterprise people” to “social people”,and can solve the historical problem of “enterprises run society”.Changsha,as one of the earliest cities to imp lement the policy of enterprise retirees socialized management,has obtained some achievements in this field recent years for that is highly valued by the municipal party committee and municipal government.However,there are still some problems to be furt her improved,such as that the quality of the socialized management is not satisfactory enough,that the system of the socialized management is imperfect,and that the community service ability is insufficient and so on.Combined with the in-depth interview and analysis,this paper found the reasons for the existing problems as imperfect top-level design,inadequate socialized management service guarantee and inadequate social identity of the socialized management.The results of the experimental research on the satisfaction of socialized management service of retirees in Changsha show that there is a negative correlation between retirees’ expectation of socialized management service and disconfirmation.There is a positive correlation between the disconfir mation and the satisfaction of retirees’ socialized management service.The expectation has a direct positive influence on the satisfaction of retirees’ socialized management service.Government performance has a direct positive impact on retirees’ satisfa ction with socialized management service.Based on the actual situation of retirees ’ socialized management in Changsha and the In this paper,the socialization of management based on the actual experimental results and the expectancy-disconfirmation investigation,this paper put forward the following suggestions that we should complete the socialized management service system,and we had better strengthen the construction of professional team in terms of the socialized management service.What ’s more,we should improve the social identity and attach great importance to the influence of service expectations and service performance on service satisfaction.In that way,we can further promote the retirees’ socialized management service level in C hangsha,and can provide experience and reference for the next step to promote the comprehensive retirees ’socialization management.
