Research On Ideological And Political Education Of College Students Empowered By TikTok Short Video

With the exponential development of digital information technology and the escalation of mobile social platforms,mobile short video new media,led by Tik Tok,is developing rapidly.As one of the most revolutionary forms of communication in the field of short video,Tik Tok has attracted numerous fans among the "Generation Z" college students by virtue of the new communication form of "sound and color,picture and text,sound and image integration" and is a popular social platform for college students to show their personality and express their ideas in the new era.It is necessary to accurately grasp the dynamics of college students’ thoughts,and understand the needs of college students’ growth and development.Thus,the ideological and political educators should advance with the trend of the times and the new situation,and establish the concept of integrated media,firmly grasp the "cow’s nose" of Tik Tok short video,take the initiative to occupy the new position of Tik Tok short video to educate people,focus on the fundamental task of moral cultivation,bow to the situation,seek advantages and avoid disadvantages,find the "breakthrough" of Tik Tok short video enabling ideological and political education,creat a new blueprint of " great ideological and political education" to establish moral education,so that the ideological and political education shake new vitality.This article is divided into five parts.The first part briefly describes the purpose and significance of this topic,comprehensively compares the current situation of domestic and foreign research in recent years,and presents the research approaches,methodology and novelties of this paper.The second part clarifies the relevant concepts of Tik Tok short video and college students’ ideological and political education,and profiled the internal fit between the two,namely,the endogenous coupling of communication audience and cultivation object,the complementary advantages of communication process and cultivation process,and the inner consistency of communication effect and cultivation goal.The third part elaborates the theoretical support of TikTok short video to foster the ideological and political education of college students,and investigates the practical demands of this study in terms of the increasing influence of short video,the innovations of online political education in the new era,and the needs of college students’ cultivation and growth.The fourth part analyzes in depth the real situation of TikTok short video empowering the ideological and political education of college students,exploring the new advantages brought by Tik Tok short video for the ideological and political education,namely: enhancing the temporal,interesting,diverse and interactive ideological and political education,analyzing the new challenges brought by Tik Tok short video to the dominant,systematic,ideological and comprehensive ideological and political education of college students,and seeks the causes of the realistic dilemma based on the questionnaire data.The fifth part puts forward the empowerment path from the four levels of the platform,schools,teachers and college students themselves,mainly including that the platform should create a healthy network education environment;schools need to construct new fields of short video education;teachers need to adopt new concepts of short video education;students need to actively strengthen their network literacy.By linking up the upper and lower levels,simultaneously and in the same direction,in an endeavor to realize the integration of college students’ ideological and political education and Tik Tok short video,to build a cross-border mutual integration,and common sharing and advancement of education pattern,and practically improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in educating people.
