Research On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Spirit Of Responsibility In The New Era

The spirit of responsibility emphasizes the conscious obedience of individuals to specific moral norms,which is an organic unity of individual responsibility from emotional cognition to value identification,and then to active practice.It embodies the essence of socialist advanced culture and becomes a spiritual force that can actively transform the subjective and objective world.The historical positioning of the new era has revealed a new blueprint,starting point,and goal for China’s development.At the same time,it is also facing new opportunities and challenges.To solve the new problems presented in the new era,it is necessary for the youth of the new era to undertake new missions and promote new development.College students are the backbone of achieving the second centenary goal and the backbone of promoting social development.They are bound to shoulder the historical mission of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The cultivation of college students’ sense of responsibility is related to the achievement of personal ideals,the shaping of a good social atmosphere,and more importantly,the realization of the Chinese Dream.However,influenced by factors such as subjective cognition and objective environment,some college students have problems such as insufficient sense of responsibility and weak sustainability of proactive actions.Therefore,it is urgent and realistic to cultivate the sense of responsibility among college students based on the new era.This article focuses on the cultivation of college students’ sense of responsibility in the new era,using comprehensive research methods such as literature analysis and questionnaire survey.Following the research approach from theory to practice and from problems to countermeasures,it conducts research on the basic concepts,theoretical connotations,practical situations,causes of problems,and path analysis of cultivating college students’ sense of responsibility.The article starts from the historical positioning of the new era,and in addition to the introduction section,it mainly focuses on the following aspects:firstly,it conducts a thorough investigation of the text and literature materials,clarifying the connotation of the spirit of responsibility of college students in the new era.Based on the theory of Marxist classical writers on the spirit of responsibility,combined with the thought of Chinese excellent traditional culture on the spirit of responsibility,and combined with the discussion of the CPC people on the spirit of responsibility,this paper systematically explains the theoretical basis of the spirit of responsibility of college students in the new era.On this basis,this paper discusses the basic content and value implication of the cultivation of the spirit of responsibility from the background of the times.Secondly,a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the current situation of cultivating college students’ sense of responsibility.Based on the survey results,it was found that the overall situation of cultivation is improving and there are problems in cultivation.The third is to analyze the causes of the problems in the cultivation of college students’ sense of responsibility from the perspectives of universities,society,families,and individuals.Fourthly,based on the new era,effective strategies for cultivating the spirit of responsibility among college students have been proposed from different cultivation subjects to address the problems that exist in the process.Firstly,universities should focus on promoting and assisting in the cultivation of the spirit of responsibility;Secondly,society attaches great importance to establishing a new spirit of responsibility;Once again,the family environment nurtures and strengthens the sense of responsibility and identity;Finally,individuals should educate themselves and generate a sense of responsibility,in order to explore the path of multi subject collaborative education.
