| With the rapid economic and social development, the pace of life has been significantly accelerated, and the number of patients with mental disorders has gradually increased.Among them, patients with schizophrenia have gradually entered the recovery period through drug treatment,work-recreation therapy, etc.in a psychiatric hospital. The condition has improved, the morbid symptoms have decreased, and the patient has a certain degree of insight and self-control.Through research,it is found that patients have insufficient self-confidence due to insufficient awareness of their own advantages, low educational level, and weak social support network.Under this circumstance, social workers intervene in the self-confidence improvement research of schizophrenia patients in convalescence by means of group work. With the help of field theory and group dynamics theory, social workers can recognize their own advantages, improve their learning ability, and enhance their learning ability. For the intervention at the level of social support network,a total of eight group activities were carried out to improve the self-confidence level of patients with schizophrenia in convalescence.Through the Rosenberg Self-Confidence Scale(SES)test, the self-confidence of the eight group members has been improved to a certain extent. Therefore,it is believed that group work intervention in the improvement of self-confidence of schizophrenia patients during rehabilitation period has its necessity and advantages. At the same time,it is proposed to increase the allocation of social workers, rationalize working hours, combine with commercial sales, reduce the economic pressure of patients, and integrate various aspects. The needs and recommendations for promoting interprofessional collaboration. However, because the service place is located in a closed ward in a psychiatric hospital, and the author’s level is limited, this group has insufficient participation of the family members of the group members, and the group has achieved limited results in the construction of a social support network. It is hoped that further efforts will be made in future research to provide some practical reference for future group work to intervene in the field of mental rehabilitation. |
