Adolescence is one’s critical period of physical and psychological development,in which have important effects on human development.Hence it has become the common focus of the society to ensure the healthy growth of adolescence group(10-14 years old).Among them,good interpersonal relationship plays a key role in shaping the character and mental health of young people.However,compared with other age groups,children and adolescents are more likely to have social problems.There are many reasons for the problems of social barriers,such as the one-child family,the heavy learning tasks and the new leisure and entertainment patterns.The problem will produce great distress to the young mind,even can cause social unrest.Therefore,it has important significance to help children solve social problems and to improve their interpersonal skill..In this paper,group work has been involved in the social barriers young people of community B in Changchun.With the guide of demand level theory,group work intervention takes the "theme activity + game + sharing" model and carries out eight group activities.It aims to promote the interpersonal skills of young social barriers.At the end of group activities,this paper evaluate the achievements by taking activity design,team members performance,parents satisfaction survey,term member revisiting and two test results of juvenile social anxiety disorder scale into consideration.The evaluation shows that the interpersonal skills of teenagers have been improved in many ways,and the group work has achieved certain results.At last,the paper summarizes and reflects on the project,discusses the ideas and methods of activity design,and provides a reference for the following practical activities. |
